Workout 18After my Pslin today i made a shake consisting of two packets of weight control oats, 2 cups of skim milk, 1 scoop of whey and i packet of sugar/fat free cocoa mix. Worked out 1 hour after drinking the shake.
Strength and PumpI tried something a little different today just for a change up, I went with a doggcrap style workout. For this you do three sets for each exercise and go to failure on each set, but you only wait twenty seconds between sets. Pumps were amazing today and endurance was great. Vasculinity (someone please correct me if i am spelling that wrong) was out of control also. Honestly I believe pslin is to trainees what spinach was to popeye. Simply Amazing

A. Bench Press (Heavy)- 405 for three singles
B. Bench Press(DoggCrap)- 275 15/7/5
C. Weighted Dips- 130 16/10/8
D. Decline Pullovers- 95 22/17/7 (Pump was Painfully Huge)
E. Hammer Press- 450 12/4/2
F. Unwinding Press(shoulders) 3x12@50
G. Pitcher Raise- 3x10@35's
H. Cable Raise- 2x12@40
I. One arm Snatches- 3x10@90
Do you have any burping issues eating that amound of food that close to a workout. If so, you could wait 1 1/2-2 hours to workout after eating that meal.

Workout 28Did my last Pslin cheat meal for this log today. Pretty much was just a butt load of Quaker Oatmeal weight control packets, Chocolate protein, and natty Peanut butter. Lot of clean food, I also took two digestive enzymes caps, and about half of lake Erie's water supply. I hit the gym about two hours later once everything settled.
Strength and PumpDid DC type training for upper body push tonight. Kind of trying to find optimal weights so i can really get into next week so rep numbers may be a little weird. Pump was outstanding tonight, endurance was alright but that is just because I am dead tired from work. My triceps are still feeling really pumped now, its hard to straighten out my arms.

A. Seated Shoulder Press- 185x16 RP (9/5/2)
B. Triceps Press down- 150x24 RP (12/8/4)
C. Lateral Raise- 30x28 RP (15/7/6)
D. Dips- BW+150x17 RP (9/6/2)
E. Hammer Shoulder- 270x17
F. Reverse Grip Push-ups on Barbell- 3x15
G. Chest Streching- I did some high rep stuff like Pec Dec and machine presses just to get some blood flowing. I am going to do a little ART on my chest also.
My last two work outs for this log will be sat and sunday. I will be setting up a new log that will not be as detailed as this one because it will be focused more on Bolic. I defiantly am going to be sticking with my other USP products though because they are absolutely great. Thanks Again USP. I sent you a guys a PM too if you got a sec to check it at your convenience.
lookin very large bro! great log altogether ill def be following along your nexxt one :thumbsup:Here is a pic taken first thing this morning, I am pretty happy with the progress in the past 6 weeks, especially since the holidays and all that were not exactly perfect dietary times for me. Also I am making a little sequel log for this one if you guys care to follow along where i will continue to use USP supplements.

Final Thoughts
I was very impressed with Pslin right from my first dose. My experience with Pslin is that during workouts that you have dosed Pslin prior too, you have improved endurance, an extremely noticeable muscle fullness, and I seemed to be able to handle heavier weights for longer sets. With explosive movements I noticed increased power, and with movement that focused on time under tension I received some of the best pumps of my life. Another great aspect of Pslin was how quickly I recovered from my exercise sessions. By supersaturating your muscles with the correct nutrients at the right times Pslin helps you truly achieve your best possible self. Do not expect to gain 20 pounds of muscle, because nothing with Pslin is hormonal. You can however expect to keep all gains made during Pslin supplementation after you stop taking the product. Personally I am going to keep using the product 4-5 times a week. At this protocol a bottle will last anywhere from 6-8 weeks. IMO Pslin could help anyone who trains, and it will be one of my staples for a long time.
Finally I want to thank USP labs for there help with dosing and other questions that arose during this log. It is great to find a company that actually has concern for there customers. As long as they keep on turning out great products I will be a customer for life.
Yeah AP has been a staple for a while, now Pslin is defiantly about to be one. I can't wait to start playing around with pre workout stacks should be fun. I imagine

Yeah that sounds pretty sick, I got everything but the adrenaline, even got a little green tea extract to go along with it. Can't wait to get the Adrenaline and give it a go.
