PLZ HELP

Bulk if you want to get bigger.
Cut if you want to get more defined.

But in my opinion you should bulk.
 
A nice lean bulk would be good.
 
500 calories above maintenance and heavy weights. I personally like a push/pull/legs each twice a week or a 5-6 day split. But the lifting is up to you.

If you start gaining fat then cut your calories a bit.

How long do y'all recommend running a bulk?
