Please understand backorders.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to address an issue since it seems that a lot of people are misunderstanding some things. I have been getting countless e-mails and PM's from people questioning customer service on products that are backordered. It seems that despite being told it is backordered, people think that we are not shipping out the products, but if it is backordered we don't have it in the warehouse ourselves and it is currently on its way to us. This was a big thing with Oratropin and Epistane mainly. Oratropin had been discontinued for a while and it took some time to get a large shipment in. With Epistane, no matter how much we order, it vanishes instantly but we are working on that.

Just understand that if something is backordered there is nothing we can do to get it out until it gets there. As of right now orders on products that are in stock are going out same day if ordered before the late afternoon, so no problems there.

If anyone has any questions or concerns you can e-mail us at [email protected]. We will gladly cancel your order on any backordered items if you choose to do so and I apologize for the inconvenience!

I revd. an email stating my product was shipped on the 1st.
I ordered this Express Mail- 3-5 biz days.

Once a customer recieves a "shipped" email..is it really shipped?..I have yet to recieve anything, and it seems
I paid express for nothing.

products. Just wondering whats going on.
 
did this include oratropin? just ordered it yesterday, said in stock on website, but curious if that was wrong or not?
 
Is Nutra no longer carrying Epistane or is it just backordered at the moment? When I went to purchase it said Product Not Available.
 
i recently placed an order that included IGF-1 (on backorder til 7/20).

will the other in stock items from my order ship out immediatly or will it all ship together once the IGF comes in?
 
From what Ive experienced.Youll get the in stock items sent and back ordered will come later but to be certain (other than waiting to find out) call the warehouse # at the top of this sub forum to be certain.

BTW I luv IGF :D
