Anabolicminds will sending out newsletters informing you of sponsors specials/product testing/new products etc....
As this is a new addition you will be receving them at an increased rate at first due to sponsors getting the word out about their various deals/poducts/etc.....
After a while these will become weekly or bi-weekly. If you want to receive them then make sure you have "Recieve email from Administrators" and "Receive Community Bulletins" checked as well as having the emial address you want to receive them in your profile. The majority of these are on by default but the choice is yours.
If you want to hear about new products, product testing, contests, slaes, coupons then this is where you will hear it. If not then just uncheck the option or the option is available at the bottom of the newsletter once you receive it.
