Hey everyone!

Things are a litle rough for me right now as I work on commision and to track sales I need to have my name in the comments of orders and/or my matt05 discount code populated in the coupon field. Many people have been using many different promotional codes but forgetting to put my name in the comments of their order.....as I result I don't get paid.

Help a brother out! Things don't pick up for me soon I might not be around too long! I like it here guys! Help me stick it out a little longer!!! I keep trying to get deals for you guys but I need you all to hook me up too!!
 
Is there a way for them to force a name in that box before an order goes out? And with a drop down menu with a person's name? Seems to be you should be able to work something that helps you receive your commission when you should.

I don't think so....I mean I know they could update HTML code to include a drop down box but many people don't know of me or of different codes and forcing them to make a choice may confuse them etc. etc. (I.e. people who order form other countries or who never visit message boards etc.)

something i noticed that is a bit frustrating is everytime i order i put matt in the comments. Yet i always get 1-2 emails from other reps trying to basically get my business next time. It's kinda rediculous and gets annoying. Need to pimp slap the other reps and tell them to stay away from your peeps

Greg is our customer service agent. An automated e-mail from him goes out every time an order comes in from our website. It's just a customer service thing...nothing I can do about that.....it is basically just confirmation so you know that we received your order.

Remember that I am your personal customer service agent though! Feel free to contact me regarding anything....including if you get an e-mail other than the auto response one from Greg when you order or one from myself.
