3 scoops = ~4g Creatine Mono
Damn... good dose for most, too much for me.
Three scoops are the maximum recommendation. I personally will use a maximum of two scoops. Even at that, I will probably work my way from one scoop to two over time. So, you can play around with lower doses and do not ever have to use as much as three!
Don't underestimate how powerful theophylline is....the stuff is STRONG.

How much caffiene in a full dose?
~200mg per 3 scoops. However, many only use 1-2 scoops per training session.
