I am a 32yr old male who is showing almost all the symptoms of low testosterone. I live in north west alabama and find it hard to locate a doctor in my area that will even talk to me about testing my T levels, much less TRT. If anyone knows anything about my area or what I can do about this please let me know something. I cannot afford these expensive online companies. They are wanting $300 just to test my levels. I hate to sound desperate but I can't keep living like this. I'm 5'7 and weigh 197lbs. I am unhealthy and have absolutely no energy. I have tried to make myself get up and exercise but I hurt in my joints and muscles all the time. Please give me some assistance if you know or even have some advice on what to do. Thank you all very much.

Try this from Life you don't need a Dr. cost about $170 they send you to a Labcorp lab to take the blood.

To help you find a Dr. try this send an Email to a Compounding Pharmacy like Invalid Link Removed
As them to send you the names and numbers of Dr.'s that buy Testosterone from them then call and ask questions like how many men does the Dr. treat for low Testosterone and dose he check and treat for high Estraidol levels and will he use Arimidex or Aromasin to lower it. Also ask if a man is Secondary will he use HCG or Clomid to treat them.

Are you currently under or recently been under extreme stress (physical, mental, emotional)? I went through some pretty rough times and I was in decent shape, but the long term affect of the stress messed my hormones up. I am currently on whole-food supplements and have become a lot more disciplined with my diet (it was pretty good before these issues). I basically gained 20lbs of gut fat in the front and love handles while dieting properly and working out. I am no expert, but I have switched from high intensity, high weight routines to higher rep routines to reduce the stress induced chemicals and hormones that my body has been producing too much of. I would definitely get hormones checked. Start out doing shorter overall weight or bodyweight workouts that last 20-30 minutes and do them 6 days a week, taking one day off. I have noticed that my body seems to be responding to this type of change for now. My balance is returning, but isn't completely back. In the first three weeks of this I only lost 6lbs and am not sure how much of that was fat or muscle. I am noticing changes in energy overall, in a positive direction. You have to start somewhere, so start with something you know you will stick with while you are waiting on results. It isn't hopeless, but it will take time for your balance to come back once you know exactly what the problem is and have a plan to restore that balance. It is very disheartening to be in that place, but you definitely can turn it around. From what I have read so far, there are plenty of people here that have knowledge and experience with the diet, supplementation, and weight training routines to help pretty much anybody. Keep your chin up and just start easy.

We are born with a genetic set point for stress. When the envelope or cellular matrix is pushed to far this is where the pathogenesis of disease occurs. Simple put it all goes back to stress (emotional, biological, physical, mental, spiritual, environmental, poor lifestyles). As my job as a health professional is to identify the cause if possible and deal with the symptoms to help the person feel better while trying to remove the cause if possible. It is not a difficult concept, just one that can take a little bit of detective work to put the pieces of the puzzle back together in a logical sequence then coming up with systematic approach to resolve the solution. Modern science is focus on treating one area at the time instead of treating the biological systems a whole. When you incorporate traditional medicine with proper lab testing along with naturopathic logic then you have the ultimate pathway for allowing the mind, body, and spirit to heal.
