Sorry if this is in the wrong forum....
I am 24 y/o. 210 Pounds at about 10-11% BF. Lifting seriously since about 16. alsys on the heavier side. Been spending the last year slowly cutting fat down. I was about 245 at 16% BF. Now wanting to add lean quality muscle. Not concerned anymore with keeping a six pack, just want to be BIG!!! Also, I am in the Marine Corps so I am limited to certain meals as they are offered in the chow hall (breakfast).
Also, as for Supplements, I am Taking M-Drol and Cycle Support with Multi's and GHenerate from LG Sciences (Free). Also throwing in some Primatene to keep fat down. Doing the two day split (MWF). No cardio as of yet, will adjust of fat gain becomes an issue. Also, might throw in Creatine WITH my SERM for PCT after M-Drol. I want to throw in some oil in my Morning and Evening workout shakes but not sure what kind. I always thought Canola with Omegas was good but I am reading new info saying to stay away from canola...
