Well, my 2 bottles of 3-AD are closing up on me... So it's time to start planning on what to do with it.
Here's where I stand. I've been on a cut for the past 2 months, am all the way down to 230 (from the 245 I started at) and from calipers am looking at a 12-15% BF, which for me is quite good, seeing that I'm "chubby" by nature. Allways accumulate a lot of fat on my mid section.
So I was looking to start off some recomp, keep my calories somewhat around maintance level, 40% protein 30% fats 30% carbs. Taking around 12gs of Fish Oil a day and 8 of Sesame Oil, along with some peanuts here and there to fill out needs.
So here's where I need help planning.
As for staples I'm going to run Neovar, Geranium, ALA, Chromium Picolinate, Orange Triad, Sesamin Oil, Fish Oil.
I do have aside from those a few more products laying around my house that I have not yet made use of (many still unopened). These are:
ATD ; Trione ; REDuction (AM and PM) ; Yohimbine ; Lean FX.
And here's where I need help. If I run 4 weeks oTrione at normal dosage (Androstenetrione 300mg, 3 a day) combined with REDuction and yohimbine to clean out some more of the fat that I still have, would I be able to run 3-AD straight up or should I take 4 weeks off?
Cause if I could run straight up then I'd do that (4 weeks of Trione + REDuction + Yohimbine + Staples), follow up with 4 weeks of 3-AD at 6 caps a day + Staples + Yohimbine in case I feel some lethargy from it, and then PCT with aPCT + LeanFX + Staples.
How would that look? Or would it be better to move things around? Anyone have any other combinations in mind? Anything is game, move around weeks of compounds, not take one, take another, wait some more time for this, less for that, whatever. Just any ideas in which way I would take most advantage on them.
