I found this place online what do you think? I am new online and am not sure about buying anything on the internet? Help...

That place is absolutely HORRIBLE(btw nice first post and welcome :) They have trans fats by the ton and LOTS of white sugar.

They actually had some good items. I did buy from them some Mr. Nature Trailmix and some unsalted peanuts. Just need to look away from all the other stuff and stay on that link. Thanks for the reply:)

I second the healthy cheat foods.com line...Great stuff and plus they're a board sponsor, the other place is not...
