What was the actual day you placed the order and what's your order #, usually a few days after you place the order you'll get a confirmation that your green eCheck went through and then your product will ship it's usually about 5-7 days from the time you order until you receive your package. If it's been over a week then something might have happened
 
Smont is he still taking payments through Zelle? I placed an order march 12 and haven’t heard anything
