I placed an order on ma about a week ago a d have heard nothing of it. Is this normal?

What was the actual day you placed the order and what's your order #, usually a few days after you place the order you'll get a confirmation that your green eCheck went through and then your product will ship it's usually about 5-7 days from the time you order until you receive your package. If it's been over a week then something might have happened
