piracetam - choline needed?

I've been considering taking piracetam, but would like to know if it should have any effect if I were not to take any choline with it.

Choline makes me feel very uncomfortable, anxious and jittery... even at low doses.

Could I naturally have sufficient amounts of acetylcholine in my brain?

Is it worth-while to take piracetam without choline?

one more question, this piracetam and alpha-gpc that i have has been sitting for about a year. the smell has kind of changed with the piracetam, does this stuff go bad or should it still be good?
