If i were you id get 20 guage pins to draw it out and then depending on where you pin. 25 guage ( i beleive? ) to pin. and i beleive the length is 1 inch. This should be suitable for ur delts, and legs. Glute id suggest 23 guage and 1 1/2 inches.
I don't think you would have to draw with a 20g. Suspension should draw alot easier soa smaller Ga. should be fine. I would just use a 25 ga when hitting glutes and 1.5" 1" for for shoulders and thighs.
