Phyto-testosterone dosing

Hey guys!

I am from today starting on 5 caps phyto-testosterone one more than recommended.

How would the best dosing protocol be like?

3 in the morning, and 2 in the evening or perhaps before bed?

Ryan since you have the most experience with Phyto Testosterone, could you give us any other tips that may maximize results? Such as take with meals, take with fat, or increase protein?
 
I like taking it before and after workouts, both with a good amount of carbs and protein. On off days I take it first thing in the morning, and again mid-afternoon 30 minutes before a meal with a good amount of carbs and protein. While running it I would definitely increase overall protein intake to 1.5-2 times your BW.

( Ryan ) What do you think of adding Tcf-1 with Phyto Testosterone, regarding freeing up test via Phyto and raising overall test levels with Tcf-1?
 
Rulk, that would help to some degree but from what I've read testofen doesn't actually raise test levels. It merely mimics its action. So the tcf-1 wouldn't be quite as synergistic.

Agree, but the combination would yield nice results.
