I appreciate the help Matt, thanks! I'm usually 500 deficient sun/tue/thur and 250 deficient mon/wed/fri (intra carb/pro shake is about 250cals)

Intra shake is TrueNutrition MG powdered muscle.

Won't be able to use for a few days (flying) kind of excited though bc I should lose some water holding from yohimbe.

With weight holding strong (actually up along with measurements) I'm going to reduce cals some more. Strength has been good (going up) & I'm not hungry. Maybe I'll start hitting pics in the ole physique relax pose, or abs and thigh. Hard bc I don't have anyone to take pictures. Or could just keep doing close up relaxed photos...

A lot of GI discomfort so far this week. Maybe time to invest in some aphadopilic or pro-biotic. Something's now right in there.

I'm going to a bodybuilding show, putting my buddy through his first natural show! Excited for him & me, lol. Diet & everything will be on point the whole trip and it works that Saturday is my carb day, we can celebrate his victory!
 
Your speed of progress would multiply IMO if you increased training from 3 days a week to 5

Increased cardio from 4 days a week to 6-7.

Ingested low fat high simple carbs on refeed windows opposed to fat+ sugar

CHeat over the entire weekend is all negative unless you are depleted from being in low single digit bodyfat.Dont worry, I am perfecting Carb Matt Loading and it will be very conducive to lean mass gains-Matt

Was a week long cheat in hawaii aftrr wife and I competed.

Didn't post here, Im siiiiick. I'd gather from someone on the plane.

Well needless to say im out for a bit. Hopefully with rest I'll be back Saturday? Diet isn't really a concern at the moment. Today was 3 shakes (150gr total) and some peanut butter. Small bowl of bran flakes in almond milk (obvious reasons) 3 powerade zeros and hot tea, usually green (makes my throat, not hurt)

Diet will probably look the same until I can eat without being nauseous. I also sip on some modern BCAA during the day, 2 scoops. I did get some antibiotics to take so started those bad boys, doc said I should be good to go by Friday. Pretty bum'd about this, I was making some awesome progress. Just a small hiccup!

Yeah I've got a fever, sore throat, nauseous, tired/achy all over with congestion & coughing. I feel a little better today and my fever went away.

Sucks now that I'm a grown up, have to suck it up and go to work. No more just laying in bed all day haha.

Guess its one way to eat clean, shakes are about all I can do without feeling sick :-/

I def notice a difference. I was holding a good bit of water from DermaTherm but my abs are leaner now. I should have took a picture, my bad. I'm back on it and the water is back.

DermaTherm+Flu for the win?!?!? Haha

Feel pretty good today, still a little congested and scratchy throat but a lot better than earlier i the week. Surprisingly weight is staying strong, usually I drop a lot of weight (mostly bc I don't eat anything) keeping shakes and BCAA was crucial this go round.

Matt something I noticed, when I apply DermaTherm, the burn has gone away. It sounds weird but I enjoyed it, I like when I can feel things bc I know they're doing something (like mouthwash and rubbing alcohol) lol.

I still get a jolt when I sweat, going to wear a tummy wrap for. Cardio & workout today.

Totally normal --- you get desensitized to the nerve sensation that cap and gingerols ignite.

I need to research this more but I thought I came across a study that indicated cap cream topically could cause insulin resistance in Fat cells!!

Haha she has 2 but not even close to similar personalities unfortunately.Ive had the same problems with relationships they just dont get it shes the first one to have the same drive I do. She started today shes effin psyched. we did however have a farewell to carbs meal yesterday LOL.
 
Mmmm nothing like a farewell carb meal. That's what I did b4 prep, people at work say they try and fast before they start their "diets" Psht, eff that noise I'm bingeing! Probably why they're all 50lbs over weight and starting "new" diets every other month
