Hey all,
I am curious to know what maintains a pump.
It's quite obvious that Nitric Oxide, Sodium retention/Potassium, Hydration, and muscle glycogen all play a role in maintaining a pump.
But I feel like there's so much more to this. Can LOW cortisol cause this? What other hormones dictate a pump?
Prostaglandins?
Would love to here what else YOU'VE found to be make a huge difference to your pumps.
