So this has nothing to do with bams thread but i figured id share this instead of the normal bump to a thread. Ive been getting pm's from a member with zero posts. in spanish with videos of underground chicken fights and what i think is a phone number at the bottem lol. Any1 else have this happening?

Update: this did not deter me from achieving a front squat PR of 225lbs for 6 reps. Last week, I did 185lbs for 8 so I decided to challenge myself.
Challenging myself has been a daily occurrence, though; there has pretty much been a PR every day for the last several weeks. :)

3. Get to the gym. BUT WAIT! She needs to use the computer to cancel an appointment, but can't figure out how, so another 20 minutes down the drain.
4. Finally head to the weight room an hour after drinking preworkout.

I'm mad.

Sup guys, quick update between classes.

I've been 224lbs for the last week or so, so I'm going to call that my current weight. Full as fuuuuuuuck all day every day!! There are veins coming out in my legs, waist, even more in my biceps which I have wanted for a long time!
There was a day last week where everyone I talked to would take a second glance at me and say "You're looking huge today." So I might finally be making some noticeable progress!
My endurance in the gym is so much fun. I have been focusing so much on mind-muscle connection and really feeling the contractions of each and every rep I perform during my workout. Each workout leaves my muscles pumped as hell, and then sore the next day. Even my back and biceps and shoulders, which are the three hardest muscles for me to actually feel soreness in. Really loving this cycle!!
I'll throw up some pictures here in a few minutes too!

So got my OL Orig1n today, along with their ForsLean and EvoMuse Gut Health. Gonna be running it all with this cycle to further enhance it and also try to stay tighter and leaner while I keep getting bigger.
Speaking of, just in the last day or so I've had another round of people telling me I'm looking massive. I haven't even changed anything except started taking Orig1n today!

Thanks guys! I think the biggest difference I'm noticing is in my back. Feels like it's so much thicker and wider. My chest too!

looks awesome, id throw in some FD2 and maybe some clen as it helps with recomp a ton IMO. Otherwise looks killer for non suppressive/half natty

Magnitropin has Epic in it, I'm not entirely sure on what I'm gonna decide yet. I hadn't thought of Clen, I do tend to fast from about 12am-3pm most days and try to get most of my food pre and post workout.

Clens anti catabolic, even slightly anabolic id say, great at nutrient partitioning can help mood a lot (person dependent) and safe when using common dosages. I limit it's use to once every 2months but when i do use it I do 6 weeks with Ketotifen, definitely would add it man! That's if you're stim tolerant of course.

I used 20-40mcg pre workout a couple of times with no issues, so I think I should be good if I slowly raise it up. I'll definitely keep it in mind.

Might also be a good idea to add some eviscerate for topical effects. For Clen i've noticed pills aren't as effective as liquid or the old pumps
 
what exactly are you taking?

Nothing yet, I was thinking of picking up some igf lr3 and mod grf with either ghrp 2 or ipam, then possibly some natural anabolics on top.

Nothing I set just yet, I'm trying to put together some ideas.
 
ive done a few different runs. You can split your dosing or take it all a couple hours after work out. I like to run MGF also or Peg MGF with IGF. Everyone is going to be different and sensitive dosing with carbs etc.

Sounds like WAF has you squared away. These are the options I would suggest as well.
 
Ordering soon for my final stage of bulking before I begin my first ever show prep. What do you guys think about 6 weeks of NPP at 500mg with test E at probably 500 also? I'm going to transition straight from EQ to NPP and it'll probably be right in the middle of November and will extend right to the end of 2016.
 
Most deffinetly npp is a great compound im gonna be running test prop npp 500/400 for 10 weeks starting xmas

That or run the NPP up around 700, leave test lower around 300, should give the same gains and less sides. Although you really don't seem to get hit too bad with sides Bam.

I will be honest here and say I have not had the privilege of running NPP yet. However all of my friends who are side prone have found that running test at a cruise dose or about half the dose of the NPP often causes much less sides including sexual sides than running high test with moderate to high nandrolone. You are still getting enough androgenic activity through the testosterone at 300-350mg a week to keep the libido going.

In all honesty it may be a bit of Bro science but there is enough real life evidence of it being the case that I am comfortable in stating it as a good practice. I would have to go research the actual answer to give a better response as to why that is the case.

You just gonna B and C now that you're competing everyone says its healthier than yoyoing hormones consistently with cycles. Just what i've been reading. My dad was into this game for years and has been B and C for 15+ and he's had 4 kids so im not too worried about infertility. Guess it just comes down to preference.

Hmm that's an interesting idea, I seem to respond better to lower doses of test though while having higher doses of the other compounds and letting those do their magic. Like right now, my test is at about 450 per week, but EQ is at 900, tren at 400, mast at 200. This is, so far, my favorite cycle to date.

I agree that it's much healthier and I've done tons of research about fertility and other side effects of prolonged aas usage and everything I've found is that if you don't have any other issues it shouldn't affect your ability to conceive.

Yah that's what im always getting at bro everyone is different and "accepts" compounds differently I was under the same impression as you as before my body responded better as you describe but have noticed a change over the years were Test at a higher dosage is resulting better gains, but ill run EQ at 500-750 haven't ever went higher than 750mg ew though depending on other compounds im using. In the end do what feels best for you and you only. Make sure to do some blood work to keep an eye on things. how long are you running Tren at 400 for ace or ent?

For sure man, well I will probably experiment with higher test dosages next year, but for right now I know that for me it results in more side effects; more acne, harder to control estrogen, temper, etc.
I'm seeing a noticeable difference between 600 and 900 on the EQ btw; you should try 900-1000 next time you run it!
I'm running tren ace at 400 for 10 weeks total. Probably gonna order a blood test soon, I gave double red when I donated blood last week so I'm guessing my hematocrit is probably decent despite being on a considerable amount of EQ.

so just clarifying you going to take 100mg NPP EW for 8wks and 100MG Mast EorP? EW for 8wks? Your also running Mast currently at 200 is the P or E? Is that correct or did i misunderstand?

Slightly off.
Right now: per week 900mg EQ, 400mg tren ace, 200mg mast P, 450mg test (250 enanthate and 200 prop)
Will transition straight into: per week 500mg NPP, 250mg test enanthate
Straight into cruise at 250mg test E for ~8 weeks
Add in mast enanthate, thinking 500mg per week
Add in probably tren and other stuff as I move into the final 8 weeks ish of show prep.
This is all tentative. NPP is 100% for sure though.

watch your joints with winstrol it dries you out... ill be the error of caution bird.. I only use it with NPP or Deca at 50mg ed, if cutting i only use 25mg as it affects my weary old bones especially on heavy lifts.Var is gtg whenever you want its so mild just finding good var is sometimes hard to get. so stock up if you got a good source.

Yeah im using winny to help against any progestational tren sides. I think im gonna drop it for Var though so I can get similar leaning and less sides (im a lil too dry on winny rn)
