Ah the famous batch of 15mg caps that were really 19.2. I still believe that 40-45 mg is a effective and safe dose.

I wont personally recomend that dosage to others. Yes i did have a succesful mini cycle, but I did cut it short because I couldnt do squats. All vitals were normal throughout the day, but during workout my BP would shoot up drastically, especially while doing squats. I just dont want anyone reading this to think thats a reasonable dosage for any length of time.
 
My buddies company made a clone. Im running it at 40 mg per day right off the bat. No taper, andI feel like a champ. Almost as good as i did on Dbol.What do you think about 60 mg?

yea that sounds like it could happen, i tolerated 57.6 mg very well. but i cant run p plex for a while because i did it in my last cycle
 
I'm going to be running a Phera cycle soon, my problem my caps are 30mg each. Since the half life of Phera is like 9 hours (I think), Should I spilt the cap 15mg in the morning and 15mg at night? Instead of taking 30mg every 24 hours? I thinking about running like this 30/30/45/45, maybe last 2 weeks bump up to 60mg, I'll just see how my body is handling it. thanks

The bottle I have says Iron Bull Labs: Hardcore Mass, its this guys private labeling supp line, but its from Tokkyo Nutrition (check it out) called Methyl-X, it's 17a-methyl-etioallocholan-2-ene-17b-ol, one pill 30mg, what you thing on how and when to take them? Split them?
 
Won't matter if it's 1x a day or 2x a day really. That would make it slightly closer to a pulse @ 1x a day, and imo pulses work.
It's just like taking SD @ 10mg or P-Plex at 15 or the original H-50 at 50, it's all one dose a day.

In order to get to 45mg a day you will have to pull the caps apart to split the powder
