PF and empty stomach?

What is really considered an empty stomach when it comes down to Powerfull dosing? How soon after a meal can i take the dose?

From what i read 40-45 min after a light food or shake must be okay. Or 20-30 min before the meal.
 
How many things do you have to take on an "empty" stomach. For me it is PowerFull/CissusRx/BCAA/NO2 and a med. Any thoughts on what can be mixed given the number of products out there that are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach?

Oh ho ho ho, smart ass :lol:

I think 15+ minutes before a meal and ~30-45+ minutes after a meal (depending on the type of food and amount) should be considered as an empty stomach.
 
Does cissus have to be taken on an empty stomach as well? I never knew that about cissus, only powerfull...?
