I switch from an iphone to the new galaxy and the AM app sucks for that phone. It has everything except you can't reply to a post without quoting. Hope everyone is doing great! I'm a little over two weeks in on my stack. So far it's going pretty good, I'm carrying a pump basically all day and I'm leaning out a little bit.

A 3 hour tour.... The weather started getting rough. The tiny ship was tossed. If not for the efforts of his support crew here on AM, Pete would be lost ....

Right now my schedule looks like this

Monday: chest
Tuesday: back
Wednesday: shoulders
Thursday: legs
Friday: arms
Saturday and Sunday: cardio/treadmill

Yes I do have the boat. I might be selling it though. Haven't decided. I'm going to be starting a new jeep resto and that $ would be a great start to another badass jeep! About Xcel, I don't talk to the owners very much anymore. after the pro ban everything got really weird. They are doing very good though.

Yes, I am back! I have been great, recently. Last summer I got a job offer and I accepted. it basically ran my life, I worked so much that I barely had time for my family let alone the forum. With the group of people I was now involved with was just bad, I started drinking cause that's all they did and I spent most of my time with them. it got so bad that I almost lost my family over it. So bad that I could easily drink a 5th of alcohol a night with out a problem. Crazy stuff right. Well the company I left had been trying to get my to come back since Christmas and finally the offer was too good to be true so I left and went back. My life is so good now and I think I've only had 3 beers in the past month. I was lifting and doing cardio about 5 days a week the whole time but it wasn't the same cause half the time I felt like crap from the night before. for the past month I've been back to my normal lifting and lifestyle I used to have and of course missed everyone on here. It's great to be back!

Thank you, I appreciate it. it was a crazy year. My family couldn't be happier now. I think it just made us that much stronger.
 
This morning I tried a new pre workout. it was Dust V2 by Blackstone labs. I took advantage of A1 Supplements buy 1 get 1 free deal. That's some good stuff!
 
Glad that last years events didn't break you and made you stronger.
