What Caz said - Condense will give a sick pump, but not much energy there. That's partly so there's not vaso-constrictive stims to inhibit your pump, but if you can't lift hard without your usual stims then it's a bit of a double-edged sword, isn't it?
 
I mixed up 1 scoop og Hyde with 2 scoops focus XT in a 32 oz bottle of water today. I had an 8 hr medication class and was WIDE AWAKE all day!!
 
Well friends, today is the test! I've been studying like crazy! I'm sipping on my pre workout concoction looking over all the material plus obviously on AM:) I'm so nervous it's not funny. My buddy that works there came over yesterday evening and quizzed me, he said I was golden, god I hope he's right!

Hey brother little trick I've learned is to convince my self it's no big deal who cares if I fail. It really helps nerves for interviews and tests and stuff.

Oh my! Thank you guys! Well the test! The first part consisted of 30 multiple choice. I know I didn't miss a single one of these questions! The second part was 19 fill in the blanks these were harder, I felt i got probably all of these right. If I missed some it was only a couple. The third part was 6 matching questions. This was horrible, I know I got two right and I know I got two wrong. So all in all I feel amazing about this test. I probably got in the top 90%! I can't wait to hear on how I did, oh the suspense!

Yesterday I lifted arms but wasn't really feeling it. All I thought about was that test, I was just going through the motions. Saturday is deadlift day for me, I also throw in a couple other exercises.

Deads-185x10
Standing ez bar curl-75x10
Deads-225x10
Standing ez bar overhead ext-75x10
Deads-275x10
Hanging leg raises-10 reps
Deads-295x10
Standing DB curls together-30's x 10
Deads-305x9
1 arm over head DB ext-30x10 per arm

Incline bench reverse crunches-10 reps

Ez bar reverse grip curls-75x12

Feet elevated on exercise ball diamond push-ups-10 reps

I did something different with my shake today. I used my orange, strawberry, banana flavored water from my gallon jug instead of plain water, added 1 heaping scoop of banana flavored Xcel X-Blend7, holy sh!t was that amazing!

Huge volume on deads. Big fan of filling the biceps with a pump for pulling. Feels like I lock in tightness better.

Waiting on a test sucks. Got faith in ya man. I'm sure you crushed it

Well since the Forerunner log ended I've been training 6 days a week and actually training a guy 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. In two weeks you can already see progress, which makes us both feel good! I have about a week left of my pct from the Forerunner stack and I'm trying to figure out what I want to run next. The log has some good food porn and supp pics, the first 5-6 pages was just subbing:) it will start getting real good once I start my next run. I need to get some progress pics up with in the next week or so. Glad to have you following along!

Thank you Kat! Between yesterday and today and all the festivities with sh!tty but delicious food and alcohol I'm a little bloated:) but having a blast!
