A lot of proteins I'm not as big on taste awesome w/ greek yogurt I think, so that makes sense. Muscletech's Phase 8 - milk chocolate tastes like a nice mousse cuz it gets so whippy.

I don't really ever do more than 2 shakes/day anymore, sometimes 1. It's just not really necessary if your diet is decent, & your body processes whole food better (not to mention the reasons you listed).

Thanks man, I'm taking 4 caps with my post workout meal and 4 caps with dinner. I upped the dose by 2 caps a day. I actually think that's what is giving me the strength increase because I've used all the other supps before!killing it Pete great session!! How are you dosing prime? I have a bottle collecting dust still haven't tried it..
