A lot of proteins I'm not as big on taste awesome w/ greek yogurt I think, so that makes sense. Muscletech's Phase 8 - milk chocolate tastes like a nice mousse cuz it gets so whippy.

Right now I'm feeling the dymatize elite banana but proteinz.

Going to grab some bullnox big blend soon. After this prep I've learned a TON. I use to supplement with shakes quite a bit, but food is where it's at! Satiety, taste and price lol
 
I don't really ever do more than 2 shakes/day anymore, sometimes 1. It's just not really necessary if your diet is decent, & your body processes whole food better (not to mention the reasons you listed).

Love the combination of heavy weights and body weight exercises! Totally jelly on the pull-ups! It's more like 3 sets of 4 for me on a good day! Lol

There's a pic on page 6 of the thread that shows everything I'm taking. I'm not taking the new fat burner by Genomyx yet. I might do a stim break first. The only thing that's not in the pic is the Gaspari SuperPump Max.

Thanks man, I'm taking 4 caps with my post workout meal and 4 caps with dinner. I upped the dose by 2 caps a day. I actually think that's what is giving me the strength increase because I've used all the other supps before!
 
Strong deads brother! That's a lot of volume to put deads in after all that heavy rowing.

Thanks buddy, I was thinking that but I've found that after my arms and legs are warmed up it's easier for me to do deads.

I've found that to be accurate on legs too. Touché.
