PES4LIFE code not working

When I try to order the Prime Time stack, the code doesn't work;however, if you order Erase Pro and Anabeta Elite separately, it does. Is this something that you guys can please fix? Since both products are eligible items, it really doesn't make sense for the code not to work.

These free shipping coupons are only valid for single-sold units of PES's product, aside from Alpha-T2. Instead, on the single-sold units of Alpha-T2 we are offering "tiered pricing"....meaning, if you buy 1, you get it for $29.99, but 2+ units are only $24.99 per unit. Therefore, if you are wanting savings on just 1-2 items from PES, it might be better to go with the single-sold item(s) and take advantage of the coupons. Though, if you are wanting multiple products, try and find a good stack, there are plenty, as you will find great savings with those as well. And, there are some pretty cool PES stacks that are stacked wtih other companies products too! There are savings EVERYWHERE....it's like an Easter egg hunt....except at a kid's level....everywhere not too hard to find.
