PES Summer Shred! --- AnaBeta Elite/Erase Pro/AlphaT2/DAA --- w/extras!

I would also like to comment on the last couple days weigh in's and pics. I'm finding out that I might be constipated a bit for some reason. And it's abundantly clear that I'm holding a ton of water. After playing ball and having sat in the sauna today, I have she'd quite a bit of water. As a result, the pics that were posted a few days ago are probably a poor representation of where I am at right now. Bare with me, I'll take good pics once my body starts cooperating

And tips on cleaning out all this water? I can't figure out why I got it, either. I drink plenty of water throughout the day. At least a couple gallons. I dont season any of my food, I monitor sodium pretty strictly. Is the bits of candy I've had this week while being in a poor environment attributable to this?

Interesting, not sure why you are holding the water, keep us updated.

Thanks guys. I Got busy last night packing and forgot to post my diet. Yesterday as well as this entire week will be rest days. *sigh*

Off to Missouri this morning. Then to Amarillo the next day. Flagstaff the next. And finally into Santa Barbara.

I'll post some pics from the trip!

Just went back an looked at my diet over the past week and a half. Not happy. I'm more motivated than I've been in a while to tighten back down and continue the kind of progress I was having early on. Let's get it!

Managed a decent day today. Due to circumstances I won't post each individual meal, just daily totals. These aren't exact, but they should be pretty close.

2 subway sandwiches with extra meat, 2 protein bars, protein shake.

Daily total: Calories 2527, Carb 329, Fat 54, Protein 207

Carbs were really high. I can't really do a lot about it, though. Food was clean, just high in some certain macros. I'm not sure what else to eat that is safe besides subway, at least for today and tomorrow.

Big Texan steakhouse challenge when I get to Amarillo. 72oz steak!

Visibly more lean the past few days. I think some of the water I was holding last week has dropped off. Definitely a relief. However, being forced to eat subway and other convenience foods will likely have my sodium level so high that I will quickly start retaining water again.

Do your best! At least your eating as healthy as you can! Subway or McDonald's? Hmmmm, subway!

Thanks man. I appreciate the encouragement!

Diet was badly miscalculated today. My app was pretty inaccurate counting fat on the trims of meat I had. not even gonna bother posting any numbers.

Stopped at small restaurant in St Louis and had sirloin and eggs. Also had 2 pieces of wheat toast with hash browns and 2 biscuits with a tiny bit of gravy. Overboard on the carbs from those biscuits. Shame on me.

Stopped in Springfield MO at Bass Pro Shops with intentions on getting a buffalo burger, knowing how lean and full of protein it would be. Ended up getting the buffet. Had fresh chicken cooked in a light tomato sauce, it was delicious. I had like 3 cups of this. Also had about half of a roast beef panini. Dessert I had 4 strawberries.

Had a protein bar to top everything off late in the day.

I was pleased with the qualities of food I had today. Not bad for being on the road. Calorie count was higher than it needed to be. I indulged too much on the protein sources I had today. Reasons for the bad miscalculations on the totals from my app is because the app counted lots of fat into the chicken and sirloin, they were both no fat. Skewed the calories by quite a lot. It had me somewhere around 3700 calories. I would guess I was closer to 3000 for the day. Most of which was from protein and carbs, didn't have much fat today.

I look soft and puffy tonight at the hotel. Holding lots of water all over again, as expected. I'm extremely prone to this for some reason, argh.

Waking up tomorrow and having the world famous 72oz steak challenge! Can't wait!
3700 calories, 115g fat (45sat), 623g protein.... In case you were wondering!

....in the steak alone. Bring it!

Just broke into my box of supplements and cracked the seal on my bottle of AnaBeta Elite that was supposed to be used with Alpha T2 once this week of travel is complete. I popped 4 of them to assist with the steak challenge. Crossing my fingers that it makes me hungry, it doesn't always! Also hoping I don't gain a ridiculous amount of weight eating it, haha.

Heading over to the steakhouse shortly. You all can watch me do this live through the steak house webcam if you google "big Texan steak ranch" ... Link on the first page!

Totally was about to stream it but I'm having technical difficulties.

Sadly, the steak beat me.

I managed all of the trimmings an most of the steak. Had 20oz of steak left to eat with 16 minutes of time to go. I was gonna throw up if I continued.

Definitely experienced the hunger from AE about 40 minutes after dosing. Apparently the 4x caps at once does it pretty easily. Although, I wouldn't see a reason for anyone to take 4 at once.

Darn my luck! I'll post some pics of this monstrous meal later tonight

It was a solid effort bro!! And some good beef for those abs!! haha

Let's hope my body doesn't make it all fat! I'll be 10% bodyfat by the time I get to California! Haha

Nah some light over-eating while using lean gains will likely help more recovery and speed up your metabolism , just make sure to get your 16-18 hour fasts and you are good to go! Besides you cant put up 2% bf in a week xD specially with the amount of dedication you put into your meals and diets every day dude!

I've had my weight go up as much as 12lbs over a 3 day weekend. While a good bit was water, I gain weight VERY easily. It's stupid. Haha

Staying at a sweet hotel in Flagstaff Arizona called the Radisson. Hotel had a freakin ball room when I walked in. Rate wasn't bad, just a few dollars over 100 for the night.

I was PUMPED to see that they had a legit fitness center. Several cardio machines as well as a roman chair, dip cage, and multi purpose machines. Surround sound and flat screens set up inside, too! They also have a dry sauna.

I went ahead and did a full body workout this evening, circuit style. Got a good sweat going and actually fatigued some of my major muscle groups. Hopped on the elliptical and pumped out 200 additional calories that way. Pleased, to say the least, to be sweating and getting some activity in. Taking an entire week off is worse than prison!

I plan to wake up early and get another workout in. Gonna hit a full body workout and some cardio. I LOVE early morning fasted cardio. Makes my entire day feel good. Tomorrow will be spent at the grand canyon. Can't decide if I'll hike or bike or anything like that. I have some extra time before I have to be in California. I'm going to spend it either hiking in the grand canyon or spend an extra night in Vegas.

What would you all do? Spend an extra night near the grand canyon hiking and doing things like that or spend an extra night in Vegas? Keep in mind I'm only 20 and can't gamble, and also have no desire to consume alcohol!

Diet today wasn't bad. Wasn't great, either.

I had a baked potato, side salad, shrimp ****tail, 50oz sirloin trimmed to 0", small piece of mint fudge... for meal 1

I was pretty full off of the steak challenge for most of the day. I did give in and have A Hershey's dark chocolate bar later in the evening. I didn't want a full meal because I wasn't overly hungry, but I wanted a snack. Chocolate is always a huge temptation for me. I thought now was as good a time as ever to go ahead and have it, while I'm taking a week off, sorta. Definitely didn't feel good about it later, though. I'm so motivated to get to California and lay the hammer down on my diet. Being in an environment where I control my food and what is available to me allows me to be very strict. Strict delivers results. No halfway doing it, as I sometimes feel like I do when I'm home for the weekends from college and surrounded by terrible foods.

All in all the diet hasn't been catastrophic, yet. I'm holding a good amount of water, but I don't think I've gained any weight, or much. I weighed in at 188 a minute ago on the scale in the hotel fitness room. I would confidently say I'm holding 6-7lbs of water. So, weight isn't too far off where it was expected to be.

Dang that is a tough decision bro, it would be a no brainer if you were 21. Although since you arent I would do the hike/bike thing at the Canyon that could be an awesome workout and be just what your looking for in your travels. Hopefully you turn 21 while in Cali and you can check out what Sin City has to over on your way back to Ohio!!!!

Nice progress keep up the good work!

Thanks for the input. I've been reading on the hiking opportunities at the grand canyon...I think I'm going to do that tomorrow. 12 mile hike at 7000 feet above sea level should be pretty exhausting! I'm looking forward to the physical challenge as well as the scenic opportunities that I'll have while hiking. Gonna plan to do that tomorrow!

Who knows, if I get there early enough I might get to spend 2 nights in Vegas, anyways!

Yeah man that would be awesome! The scenery would be amazing I am sure, not to many people get that opportunity! And I dont want to hear any complaints about the elevation I have lived my entire life at just under 7,000ft. here in Wyoming. Get it!!!! (p.s. cardio here is awful)

If I were you bro , I would love to stay another night at the canyon. Some good hikes , outdoor sleep, rappel , biking...damn thats just a dream come true , I just love outdoor stuff, if you can get a bike (I mean motor-bike) and do some dirtbiking you will love it for sure, the sights over there are wonderful and some time using up the well deserved condition/strength you have obtained will be good for you!! Besides vegas is just the city of sin xD let alone the easy hookups , i dont mind that , but you sin on your diet 24/7 there!! Cheap fatty tasty food , loads of booze and temptation , if I were you I would enjoy some nature , its hard to come by these days and you got the opportunity enjoy it brotha , and if u get some nice pics , do share man!! Have fun dude!

I've got tons of sweet pics. Gotta have time to repost them to fit the forum, though =\

I'm absolutely exhausted! I hiked 3 miles into the canyon and then 3 miles back up, of course. I planned on doing the full hike into the bottom of the canyon and to the Colorado river, but it is advised to consider it impossible to do in one day. Too many people get hurt trying from exhaustion, so I called it quits halfway. Life changing experience!

I had a big bag of trail mix along with a couple clif bars that I took for food. Glad I did!

Diet is gonna be impossible to track today. It's been carb city to help my body with the hiking.

Enjoy your trip

Thanks! I appreciate it.

I'm sitting at a Denny's right now. Ordered the healthiest thing I could find, that's all I can do I guess.

Headed to Vegas tonight. Staying at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino. Looking forward to it!

Have a blast, haven't been to Vegas in a couple years....after my last trip my wife prob won't let me go back.

Well, I've been in Vegas for about an hour and I gotta say I'm not a fan. Traffic is terrible, parking is non existent, and the activities here are all things I don't do. Even if I was old enough to drink and gamble, I wouldn't. Not my cup of tea.

However, my cup of tea happens to be about 4.5-5 hours away in Santa Barbara...I have a gym membership there already, just gotta get there! Even though I can't move into my home until Sunday evening, I'm probably gonna wake up early and head to Santa Barbara, get a hotel, check out my gym for the summer. I'll have time to get an evening workout if I hurry!

I'm PUMPED to get the AnaBeta Elite and AlphaT2 part of this stack going. I feel TERRIBLE when I'm not working out. And I definitely don't like the way I look. I bloat and hold water very easily, very unattractive. I'm ready to shed this water weight and start dropping the pounds again. I wanna have my abs ripped up soon!

Stopped just outside of Vegas at a Greek restaurant and had a Gyro and some Greek yogurt. Also grabbed some protein bars when I got gas. Diet hasn't been terrible so far this trip, about as good as could be expected.

Just a few more hours until California!

Moving into my home for the summer tomorrow around 3pm. Thank goodness!

Tomorrow is the beginning of the AE/AT2 part of this stack. I'm PUMPED to be starting it.

Tomorrow is normally a rest day, but I won't be doing that. I am going to do some intense cardio and time in the dry sauna at my gym to remove as much excess water as possible tomorrow. Then begin the weight training as normally scheduled on Monday. Diet might be a challenge tomorrow, still. Monday I should have my diet up to speed.

Just weighed in at 194 this morning on an empty stomach. HUGE weight fluctuation up. I was 182 on the gym scale last time I had a Bodpod and was measured at 8.3%

Normal weight is something like 184. Hopefully this is almost entirely water weight.

Getting ready for some intense cardio and sauna time to try and get rid of this water from traveling! Popped 2 alpha t2 this morning and 1 AE pre workout.

Lets go!

I'm taking at2 now with og anabeta and erase pro. Going to switch to ABE when this bottle is gone....

I have 4 weeks of AE and AT2 stacked and then I transition to EP and DAA. I'll conclude my log with Clen.

Quest to get shredded!

I didn't have an overwhelmingly good experience with AT2 last time. This newly formulated version is stronger, hopefully. I compare every thermogenic to OEP because I adore it so much. AT2 has to prove itself to me! It might be the only PES product in not 100% sure of how my body responds to. Gotta use it to learn, though!

You're gonna love the EP DAA together! The new erase is miles above the erase, and seeing as the old erase was already miles above everything else on the market, its some pretty serious stuff. Gotta love a company that doesnt mess around, and just makes good stuff that works!

Left the gym weighing 188 without clothes on. I forgot to consider that I was wearing more clothes than usual this morning when I weighed in at 194. Regardless, I dropped several pounds of water weight and I feel a ton better. I'm going to try and be as low carb as possible today, still treating this is a rest day diet. It's a bit of a challenge to have a low sodium, 1500 calorie day when you have to eat out.

I did 500 calories, about 25 minutes of cardio. And sauna time was about 45 minutes or so.

I'm a little bummed, I'm forced to eat out today because I won't have access to a kitchen until almost 5pm. Eating chipotle right now. I figured it would at least have some good macros if I was gonna be forced to eat out.

Sodium content is like 1500mg based in y calculations of my meal. That sucks, especially since I spent all morning trying to lose water. This isn't helping. Argh!

As I am trying to pass some time before I move into my residence later, I'm currently walking around a whole foods market here in Santa Barbara. Loving the selection! The fact that everyone is so health conscious here is a nice change of pace.

Subb'd for this one. I've been trying to figure out if PES was worth the money but it's definitely looking good from what I've seen so far! May have to think about picking some up after I move next month!

What are you thinking about getting?

Okay...today was a stressful day to say the least. I'm officially moved into my home in California but I cant get an answer from work about when I start working. Kinda stressful for someone who needs money. I did manage to visit the gym and begin shedding some of the excess water weight I was holding, which was good. Got to the grocery store and picked up some foods that will allow me to follow my diet as I would normally do, starting tomorrow.

Diet for today wasn't perfect because I had to eat out and eat several protein bars to save money. However, it was not terrible, either.

Diet totals for today: calories 2515, carb 221, fat 101, protein 195

Most of the carbs and fat came from beans and fibrous veggies. Numbers aren't too bad, but they're a little better when their sources are considered. I think something like 20g or so of the carbs was from fiber.

Beginning tomorrow I will start logging my meals out as normal. Sorry for the lack of organization and clarity lately. Bare with me while I get this travel finished up!

Day 1 of AE and Alpha T2 was today. I felt much better today, visually more defined and solid. Some of this can definitely be attributed to the time spent trying to shed water. But I credit AE for hardening me up a bit as well. Still too early for me to feel much from the Alpha T2. I did notice that appetite may have been decreased slightly today, but it's too early to make that call.

Tomorrow starts training as normal! Chest training! Can't wait to be eating and training as normal. I'm going to spend some additional time in the sauna tomorrow to continue to drop water weight.

Thanks to everyone who has been following along!
