Ran across these products last night and place a order for it because of all the good reviews. I just just don't know how to take it. Would you start it all from day one spread throughout the day or would you take one starting out than add others at later weeks? Right now I'm just on the basic supplements (Protein, N.O explode, BCAA, multivit)
I am trying to cut the last bit of fat, goal is to get around 8%. If I had to guess, I'm around 10. I'm 26, 6', 183, good diet (calories and macros). Also, do you think this is a good stack for me with my goals, should I quit taking any of my supplements? Any other suggestions would be appreciated!
