Delicious! Melt some butter on that and have an ultimate bulking snack. Or eat it without butter and doesn't seem to be bad on macros. Good addition bro.

I want to try this

I want to try this

Try it out, I've made 3 batches already they are like large protein bars that are moist and coconutty.

Works great with vanilla protein powder if you want to get more coconut taste, one day I will be able to do this with select. Hint hint.

I think it's funny Select was released and less than a month later everyone is already requesting and debating over new flavours.

Will do,

I'm not surprised the debate over new flavours already. It's rare I get a protein this easy on my stomach and that tastes this good. Even If I was not with PES I would continue to use Select.

More flavors? I already have a hard enough time deciding which to use now! Which is a problem I don't mind having.

I'm digging my skim chocolate milk and snickerdoodle PoWO shake!

Nah, I'm not much of a baker. Though some of your recipes look delish! I may have to give it a shot.

i would start with some microwave recipes and then move into oven ones (easier to more complex) but honestly you just mix a bunch of junk together and then toss it in the oven, not as hard as it looks.

PES Select Chocolate Low-Carb Muffins

Recipe

Dry:

1 Scoop Select Chocolate (30g)
10g Cocoa Powder
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
10g PB Lean (German Chocolate Cake)

Wet:
1 Egg
1 Egg White
25g Greek Yogurt

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all dry in a bowl (Whey, PB Lean, Baking Powder, Splenda, Cocoa Powder) and in a separate bowl combine the wet (egg, egg white, and greek yogurt)
Simply add the dry to the wet and then mix/stir until batter is formed.

You will then take a muffin pan/trey and coat with cooking spray or use muffin liners for your finished product.

Fill muffin trey (Coated or liners) about half way full because you do not want them to overflow while in the baking process.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until toothpick comes out clean

Allow cooling for 5 minutes and then taking out of liner/ Muffin Pan

Enjoy!

Select Cookie-Dough Dip

Sugar-free, gluten free, low calorie cookie dough? Yes please.

Can be made as PB chocolate as done here, as chocolate brownie batter, or as Snickerdoodle dip all described below.

Calories per 1/2 cup (makes almost 2 cups): 100 3.5g fat, 10g carbs (2g fibre), 6.5g protein

Ingredients: 1 can drained, rinsed chickpeas
3 tbsp light peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate Select
3/4 cup splenda* (see below)
3 tbsp ground gluten free oats
3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup almond milk, more if needed.
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
1- drain and rinse 1 full can of chickpeas
2- add all ingredients but chocolate chips to a food processor, mix well
3- add chocolate chips and stir to mix

**If your diet allows it I highly recommend trying this with brown sugar in place of Splenda.

Also works great by adding cocoa and oil in place of Peanut Butter, comes out like a fudgey brownie batter.

Want to have Snickerdoodle dip? Omit the PB, use Snickdoodle Select, add oil in place of PB and I would add extra cinnamon.

Just finished another East Coast Canadian back and leg workout. aka shoveling a few feet of snow after being smoked by another blizzard.

Time for a half Snickerdoodle half CnC shake!

I have to wake up early the morning after back/leg day, shovelling takes me a whole lot longer.

Or I just clear enough for me to speed out of the driveway and deal with it later

East coast crew checking in
No shoveling, we got virtually no snow the last week.
Dont know how.

We had spring last week, + 12 C and sunny, then blizzard and -15 this week. I'm moving to PES headquarters!
