PES Powerlifting Cut!

Before I start a log for this run (Dec. 1st) I wanted to get some feedback/anecdotes and dosing recommendations.
I'm trying to go from a chubby ~193-4 to a lean-ish (and make weight at) 181 in March...while gunning for a 1350 total.

I've already purchased the goods so I'm looking more for dialogue here.

I'll be working through the following:
x2 Alpha-T2 (new formula)
x2 Alphamine
x2 Amino IV
x5 Forskolin-95

Bolt10 was kind enough to recommend the following dose scheme:

1-2 scoops Alphamine (build up to 2 if tolerance allows) + 1 AT2 +2 F-95 in the AM
1 scoop Alphamine + 2 AT2 + 2 F-95 later in the day

I'm just completing 50 days of X-Gels so I can't quite roll that into the run (nor do I have the funds); if cash later allows I'll bring in Anabeta.

Any thoughts/feedback?
 
You should easily be able to get to 181 with diet being on point by March with what you have on hand. Very nice stack.

Bolt got you set up nicely.
 
Also on an unrelated note, I'd like to hear some brand recommendations for Betaine/TMG supplementation.

My first instinct is to go the NOW route but if there is any bulk deal I may be missing out on let me know!

Here's my suggestion to you, not so much technique as it is strategy. If you're doing a peaking-type routine where the weights will ramp up as you get closer to meet day, you're gonna want some calories in you when you start moving big weight on a consistent basis. I had to bail on a diet earlier this year because I wasn't recovering from my training.

Therefore, I'd suggest you try to get the weight off as soon as possible so that you'll have some leeway in the last month so you can come in feeling awesome and confident hitting all of your training lifts, instead of feeling beat up from trying to move maximal poundages in a caloric deficit.

Also, do some research on how to cut water weight for a meet. With cleaning up your diet and bolt's excellent supp recommendation, you can hold your weight at 185 and a very simple water/salt load and carb manipulation could have you making weight easily without being in a deficit too long or sacrificing much leverage.
 
I'll let others throw some ideas out as well since I already helped, but I just wanted to comment in here because I saw your PM about the TMG and honestly I've just used the most affordable bulks I could find at the times I bought. Not sure who has the best value with it right now.

Thats a good point; I should add though that this natty run will lead into an AAS cycle which ends the day after the meet so I may have a bit more flexibility with maintaining (or possibly gaining) strength while in a deficit. You do echo my coach's sentiments though that the target weight (or at least touching distance of it) should be reached several weeks prior to meet day.

Water/carb manipulation is something I didn't touch during my previous meet as it was my first experience, but I will look at my options!

Your stack setup looks great. For pure strength, make sure you have creatine, TMG, nitrates/citrulline malate (these do boost anaerobic exercise), and something like amentoflavone. As for antaeus labs, your demiurge does quite a number on athletic performance at high doses.

What's your take on FinaFlex Max Pump as this covers both TMG and Nitrates

Thanks for chiming in Coop and for the recommendations. I've used Alphamine before as a solo pre-workout and I've also stacked it with 2 caps of Uncut for a smooth ride. Perhaps an Alphamine + Demiurge experiment is in order?

Hard to say since I haven't measured it with anything other than the eyeball/mirror test. I'm going to guess somewhere between 16 and 18%?
Most of my fat is carried on my lower back and obliques. I do have decent musculature however so the overall visual effect might be diminished.

Hard to tell without seeing the abdomen, but I'm thinking you're more like 12-14%. You look like a meso, so dropping that fat shouldn't be difficult.

What's your routine like? My biggest improvements in PL'ing were when I mixed Wendler with DC in a calorie deficit.

I would add in creatine and GMS (glycerol mono-sterate) to the stack. Controlled Labs makes a product called GlycerGrow that's phenomenal for that. Love the stuff.

I've been using Wendler ever since my transition to powerlifting and its been great, I don't have experience with DC. Although from my experience I've modified Wendler to include two weeks of 3s waves before 5/3/1 week--this allows me more experience with 90%+ loads.

I've got GMS on hand from my ArA run and creatine of course is a staple.

I dropped 8 lbs in 5 weeks using Alphamine and F-95 going from fairly lean to lean.
