PES Norcodrene ??

Nice job KDD. With the lighting it's hard to note all the changes, but it's evident you dropped a fair amount of fat.

Some very obvious visual changes. I love how losing body fat can make muscles look so much more full and large. :)
Keep up the great work bro.

Nice work man.

Thanks guys! I was a little apprehensive about posting up the progress shots because most people on AM are giants in comparison :P

There's always going to be someone bigger, stronger, faster, smarter...it's just about beating yourself and making legitimate progress. With the age of the interwebz and yout00bz, it's really hard to impress anyone so don't harp on it too much. Progress is progress, keep it up man.

Totally agree with this. Looking at all my favorite fitness models just makes me feel bad about my own physique lol. Just gotta focus on making progress.

Just thought I'd continue to be lazy and not start a log, but wanted to give some updates on things I thought were interesting. Over the last week or two, I've found that the Norcodrene is barely stimulatory at all, and I've been taking up to 4 caps/day divided into two doses.

I've also been playing around with my ANS Diablo doses - I've been taking just 2 scoops in the morning most mornings, but some days I take an additional 2 scoops in the afternoon. I keep going back and forth because I sometimes I feel like the extra scoops improve the effects, sometimes I feel like I get the same effects from 2 scoops and there is no reason to double up the dose...not sure yet.

What I've noticed over the past week or more is that I feel like I am BURNING UP at times. It is strange because I can take 2 pills in the morning around 8-9 and be fine. Then I take 2 more usually around 2 o'clock and I'm fine. But then around 8:30-10 PM I feel REALLY hot. I've confirmed my temperature increase with a thermometer. I am normally around 96.8 degrees and last night I was 98.3 degrees. I know most people are around 98.6, but if I wasn't on SOMETHING, I would be below 97.5 without a doubt. But I am up almost 1.5 degrees. I think this is pretty impressive.

As I've stated ad nauseum, I am sensitive to Yohimbine but this has completely gone away with Norco, even at 4 pills/day.

The only other thing that I have been having is that some reason I have had a funny taste in the back of my throat for the last week. Almost like blood but not quite. I am hoping it goes away soon, as it may be an infection or a cut inside my throat that I am unaware of...but it is just a strange sensation...

Not sure you should be exceeding 3 caps in a day my man.. But otherwise, good feedback

Of course, we recommend people adhere to label instructions. :)

I noticed more sweating and "thermogenic" effects after adding the HBCD back in to peri workout. I'm guessing that the HBCD has some thermogenic effects and the Norcodrene boosts if a bit?

All carbohydrate ingestion will have a thermic effect.

/smugface.gif ;)

That answers that then :D

Haha, that was literally as helpful as I could be as I couldn't think of any other mechanism which would be specific to HBCD rather than other carb sources.

I had to hide my lack of theory with a large dollop of humour. :D

T-Bone, Cheda, and BDCC - Why start following label instructions now? Haha.

To be honest, 4 pills doesn't have that much of an effect on me more than 3 pills at this point. I will drop it back, because there is no need to take more than the effective dose, but I wanted to experiment a little. This stuff is strong enough that I didn't double the dose though, haha!

*edit* although, I am already taking it with Diablo, which isn't suggested either :)

I only stated HBCD for full disclosure :P I just look at it as a carb source which doesn't upset my gut.Did some simulated wingates on the spin bike this morning but didn't want to do it on a completely empty stomach so I used 2 tablespoons of MCT + 1 scoop protein. Hit the gym about 40-45 minutes later. That made my gut feel weird (not from the MCT, it was the old protein making my gut feel weird feeling, like a long time ago when I use to have a shake preworkout). I think next time I'll just have two scoops Amino IV with the MCT before I go do the cardio.

I gained a pound this week. Saw a guy at the gym who said he was cutting and was upset he was only repping 385 for bench press. Just take me out back and shoot my fat ass.

LOL. One day I'll be able to be disappointed by "only benching 385".....

My pecs are 99% most likely larger than his yet i can only bench 185. I hate genetics. It's ok t bone.

This is true! Truly bench press isnt a chest exercise! It hits the tris and front delts way harder than chest!

Triceps, possibly, but if it's hitting your delts hard, then you need to alter your setup and technique. Truthfully, the bench press is a full body exercise that includes ample leg drive.

Correct me if im wrong but if you tuck elbows by side(like closegrip) it hits front delts harder than the traditional BB style bench press?

This depends on arm length and bar path. However, the traditional BB bench will cause more shoulder damage than CG.

I, however, wouldn't just focus on the internal rotators involved in the lift and especially focus on leg drive and using your lats to stabilize and drive off of the chest.

So, current progress:

I'm actually heavier there (taken a few moments ago, 2 lbs or so heavier) than I was when I posted the other progress photos but to me my back looks leaner and that's not flexed, I may be fooling myself, dunno. The weight might be better glycogen retention. I know one thing for sure is that my muscles have been fuller towards the end of this week and I started PA at the beginning of the week, so that may have caused it or it may be me bringing back peri-carbs (but that I started when I took the other progress shot), but it appears I'm still on track even though the scale says I've gone backwards in a big step.

I just got done with one of my meets and finals week is almost over. Sorry for the late post but I finished my 8week run of the nor-CAMP stack (norco + F95) and here are the before / after pictures in the same angle. My avi is me in better lighting, where as my bathroom has ****ty full frontal lighting lol. I can see a full 6pack when stomach is flexed which I did not before, all that's left is to lose the little bit of "pouch" I have. Edit: also with water my typical daily weight is 190-193

If you meant my accidental post of two non-flexed back shots, that's was my error, pasted two of the same links, have since deleted that post.

Also, fully aware that I'm a flat chested Asian, working on it :P

You've got a good physique. But if I'm being honest I can't tell the difference between the two pics.

It took me to the second bottle but your boy is getting lean man ! Like Chris jones lean !!!

do these. 3-4 times per week,

30 seconds max effort, 90-120 seconds rest. 3-5 sets

stay in your deficit, watch how lean you get.

I've recently replaced my regular cardio with simulated wingates using the spin bike :D That chit BURNS. Been doing 15-20 second intervals. 8 intervals the first two weeks, today I did 10 :D

I've been reading articles lately saying that even while completely fasted (with no leucine/BCAAs) HIIT sprinting (either biking/running) is not catabolic at all, even after 2 hours after the exercise is done. Sounds like something that might be awesome for fat burning if you can handle it :)

Yeah, it's not, but I still do my aminos pre and intra for it. Supposedly it has strength training type signalling so I figured, aminos could only help. But for the last two weeks, I've done the no carbs pre and intra for cardio thing. So it's been protein + MCT pre (weekends I do that about 3.5 hours before I go to the gym since I wake up at 4:30 AM out of habit and the gym doesn't open until 8) then Amino IV intra. Then a protein shake post.

It's not. Aminos are useless and a complete waste of money. This "catabolic" stuff is blown way out of proportion.

Well I train fasted usually so it's not like I'm foreign to it (or scared, really), but I've never bothered to try HIIT during a fasted state.

Better listen up.
HIIT is very catabolic.
