Nice job KDD. With the lighting it's hard to note all the changes, but it's evident you dropped a fair amount of fat.
Some very obvious visual changes. I love how losing body fat can make muscles look so much more full and large.
Keep up the great work bro.
Nice work man.
Thanks guys! I was a little apprehensive about posting up the progress shots because most people on AM are giants in comparison![]()
Yeah. I feel like everyone here is bigger/stronger than me. Oh well![]()

There's always going to be someone bigger, stronger, faster, smarter...it's just about beating yourself and making legitimate progress. With the age of the interwebz and yout00bz, it's really hard to impress anyone so don't harp on it too much. Progress is progress, keep it up man.
Just thought I'd continue to be lazy and not start a log, but wanted to give some updates on things I thought were interesting. Over the last week or two, I've found that the Norcodrene is barely stimulatory at all, and I've been taking up to 4 caps/day divided into two doses.
I've also been playing around with my ANS Diablo doses - I've been taking just 2 scoops in the morning most mornings, but some days I take an additional 2 scoops in the afternoon. I keep going back and forth because I sometimes I feel like the extra scoops improve the effects, sometimes I feel like I get the same effects from 2 scoops and there is no reason to double up the dose...not sure yet.
What I've noticed over the past week or more is that I feel like I am BURNING UP at times. It is strange because I can take 2 pills in the morning around 8-9 and be fine. Then I take 2 more usually around 2 o'clock and I'm fine. But then around 8:30-10 PM I feel REALLY hot. I've confirmed my temperature increase with a thermometer. I am normally around 96.8 degrees and last night I was 98.3 degrees. I know most people are around 98.6, but if I wasn't on SOMETHING, I would be below 97.5 without a doubt. But I am up almost 1.5 degrees. I think this is pretty impressive.
As I've stated ad nauseum, I am sensitive to Yohimbine but this has completely gone away with Norco, even at 4 pills/day.
The only other thing that I have been having is that some reason I have had a funny taste in the back of my throat for the last week. Almost like blood but not quite. I am hoping it goes away soon, as it may be an infection or a cut inside my throat that I am unaware of...but it is just a strange sensation...
I agree, don't go over the recommended dosage, its not gonna make you lose anymore fat any quicker.
Of course, we recommend people adhere to label instructions.![]()
I noticed more sweating and "thermogenic" effects after adding the HBCD back in to peri workout. I'm guessing that the HBCD has some thermogenic effects and the Norcodrene boosts if a bit?
All carbohydrate ingestion will have a thermic effect.

That answers that then![]()
I only stated HBCD for full disclosureHaha, that was literally as helpful as I could be as I couldn't think of any other mechanism which would be specific to HBCD rather than other carb sources.I had to hide my lack of theory with a large dollop of humour.![]()
I gained a pound this week. Saw a guy at the gym who said he was cutting and was upset he was only repping 385 for bench press. Just take me out back and shoot my fat ass.

My pecs are 99% most likely larger than his yet i can only bench 185. I hate genetics. It's ok t bone.
Pec size =/ bench strength
This is true! Truly bench press isnt a chest exercise! It hits the tris and front delts way harder than chest!
Triceps, possibly, but if it's hitting your delts hard, then you need to alter your setup and technique. Truthfully, the bench press is a full body exercise that includes ample leg drive.
This depends on arm length and bar path. However, the traditional BB bench will cause more shoulder damage than CG.Correct me if im wrong but if you tuck elbows by side(like closegrip) it hits front delts harder than the traditional BB style bench press?
Me? Or somebody else?Front pics or leg pics?

You
your the one who posted a back picture.
Does not really tell much
If you meant my accidental post of two non-flexed back shots, that's was my error, pasted two of the same links, have since deleted that post.It might be me, but both photos look identical.
Small definition changes, how much changes in diet have you made?

I've been reading articles lately saying that even while completely fasted (with no leucine/BCAAs) HIIT sprinting (either biking/running) is not catabolic at all, even after 2 hours after the exercise is done. Sounds like something that might be awesome for fat burning if you can handle it![]()

It's not. Aminos are useless and a complete waste of money. This "catabolic" stuff is blown way out of proportion.

Better listen up.
HIIT is very catabolic.
