PES Norcodrene ??

Dang! Impressed. :o

Well i believe norcodrene has less Y because i checked Blood pressure yesterday, and it doesnt run as high as when i take alphamine.

I reckon a lot less, I feel nothing from the y, not even sweating any more than usual on my cardio days (I would be bathing in a pool with Alphamine).

Just wanted to stop in and give another anecdotal account on my experience with norco. Diet has been less than optimal recently...still keeping a slight weekly deficit but ive been slacking on my discipline of my nutrition a bit and im still down 2.5-3lbs in 3 weeks from 207-208 ->204-205. No loss in strength whatsoever..actually just PRd in my 5/3/1 week 3 on bench at 255x7 today (even had 3 beers last night) so gotta love gaining some strength while losing weight/fat.

I do agree with some others that i prefer the stim effect of alphamine more but thats just because i <3 alphamine. Ive been dosing my norco 2 caps upon waking and then 1 cap + 100mg caffeine + 25mg E in the afternoons on most days. Overall...loving this stuff and excited to start and finish bottle #2.

And just to add...it seems that the dry/ache joints i was experiencing have subsided with the exception of my right wrist but i dont think thats because of the norco whatsoever. Tweaked it playing baseball a few weeks back.

Usually take my second norco around 5 PM, forgot today though and just took it!. How important is it to take on an empty stomach?. My first two caps always are taken on an empty stomach but my second cap usually never is taken on an empty stomach.

Eh i think you'll just lose the efficacy of the lipolytic benefits of the yohimbe derivative because of the insulin present. The caffeine stim feeling wont be as profound either most likely but thats all i know off the top of my head. Someone else will probably chime in with a more well rounded answer.

I always thought it's optimal on an empty stomach due to the yohimbine working best in the absence of insulin. Plus, most ingredients seem to hit you harder when there is no food involved (even the caffeine)

Ideally best taken on empty stomach due to yohimbine

First, what would you seem "empty" stomach? In general for the best effects of the stim blend the less insulin present the better the effects. That said Norcodrene targets fat loss through a multitude of pathways so it isn't being totally cancelled out.

I generally take my second dose a couple hours after a pretty hefty meal and still see very profound effects. The stim isn't as strong as when fasted in the morning, but it hasn't seemed to slow my fat loss.

I think Norco is one of the best fat burners I have ever used. I expect that by tomorrow (day 14) I will have lost about 5-6 pounds. That's pretty impressive for me. If I can lose another 10 pounds in the next 6 weeks with the Norco, I will be absolutely thrilled and will be planning a second 8 week run after some time off and another cycle of some sort....

As for the Yohimbine, I'm not so sure if it is more or less than Alphamine. Like I said, I am sensitive to Y, so I pay attention to it. I have used Alphamine at full doses and not had many issues. When I started taking Norco, I was getting Y side effects for about 1 week. I will say however, that for some reason I adjusted very quickly and I am up to 3 pills/day now (plus 4 scoops of diablo/day) and not feeling it at all. The stimulant effect is fairly minimal and I don't notice it too much anymore. I have not been sleeping as well the past week or so - but that could be due to some other issues going on with some people in my life and the stress it is causing, I don't feel it is the stimulants. My lack of sleep may be countering the stimulant effect a little....I don't know.

I know for a fact that norco has less Y than alphamine, cause my BP doesnt run as high!

i heard I can take alphamine and norco at the same time and results would be out of this world, can anyone confirm? or is it just a waste of cash? thinking about this as my next cutting stack.
if anyone has done this do you have before and after pics?

About to take my first cutting stack dosage today:

1 Alpha T2
1 Norcodrene

Then I plan on taking 2 Alpha T2's 6-8 hours later. Excited :D

This is awesome. Keep up the good work. :)

You can do. Maximum dose is like the guy below (1 cap with 1 scoop) AFTER assessing your tolerance of each. :)

About to go to the gym. I've been off Yohimbine for awhile so I expect to be sweating like a pig. I've had Alphamine before, so I'm hoping to get some good results with Norco.

I found with yohimbe extracts, taking time off genuinely does do a good job of restoring their effects in terms of energy. It didn't matter how long I took off from DMAA, it never felt the same as the first time I took it. On the contrary, taking a break from Alphamine or Enhanced made it feel like the first time I took them all over again. It would be wise to be cautious and assess your tolerance again. :)

Just killed my workout. Things I noticed:

1) Smooth energy, not a rush.
2) Increasing in sweating, but my heart rate didn't shoot up

I forgot the power of caffeine+yohimbine. I feel stronger, but that's probably due to more energy if anything.

Nice feedback per usual man. Interesting to hear so many people note a potential less Yohimbine. Could just be less caffeine then Alphamine so the side effects if the combo are less common.

Yeah. I gotta say this combo is still strong though. As I sit here, I'm sweating just walking around my apartment...LOL.

I know for a fact that norco has less Y than alphamine, cause my BP doesnt run as high!
Lulz. I know that even with 2 caps Norcodrene and 1 bronkaid, it basically doesn't raise my HR above normal or affect my HR recovery. Lulz. Not saying that it would be the same for other people, but I'm pretty tolerant to stims and y to begin with (but hcl can still mess me up if I haven't touched it at all for like a week, if I use y hcl for a few days, I'm totally fine). So please don't take my anecdotal comments as something that you yourself should dive into willy nilly. :D

I am not sure - I have taken alphamine and it doesn't effect me the same as the Norco. I think the Norco, at first, was stronger. The reps from PES have stated that there is something in Norco that helps alleviate the effects of the Y. I'm thinking that, being sensitive to it, I noticed the Y at first and then whatever else was in there helped alleviate it very quickly. You may just be responding to whatever alleviates the sides faster...

Or you could be right. I don't know and there is no way for me to know. I'm just impressed with Norco - but it is strong and does have some minor sides that seem to subside a little.

Took 2 caps of AT2 a few hours ago. I'm sitting at pretty low cals right now (1600) and I think I'm done eating for today. Gotta force myself to eat.

So, more updates :D Too lazy to do a log so if you are tired of seeing my updates here, just let me know :P

Down about 5 lbs solid scale weight thus far. Waking up in the morning pretty dry (I obviously start getting more bloated and watery as the day progresses and I down more water along with having my meals). Getting more lean and my money maker is starting to show, I can see when this is all said and done at the end of my cut, there's a pretty angry vein that wants to pop up their :P

Thus far, really enjoying this cut, clothes feel considerably looser on me now, I'm down to a size 28 waist, could probably squeeze into a 27 depending on the pants. My legs wouldn't fit properly into such pants though but the waist would most likely be fine. In the mirror without clothes, I look bigger than I was when I was 164/165. I might add the glycofuse back into my peri-workout though. Having no carbs in my system at 5ish in the morning when I am in the gym (I have dinner at around 5:30ish PM, down two scoops of casein at around 7PM and then go to sleep at 9PM), it's negatively affecting muscle fullness. Endurance and strength is still good but I feel like I can do much better with the pumps, so yeah, most likely going to add the glycofuse back into my regimen.

Good work on the fat loss. I am interested to hear what you notice when you increase your carb intake. :)

I expect my muscles to fill up again. LoL. I've cut the glycofuse out because I wanted to use that 100 calories on actual food, but since I hit the gym upon waking and basically have very few nutrients in my body and certainly little to no carbs there, just aminos (CREmTOR pre and 2 scoops Amino IV intra), my guess is that the absence of carbs is preventing me from being able to get a real good pump quickly like I usually can (takes a damn long time IMO to get that pump to the levels I'm use to).

Norcodrene did nothing for me. Did not lose weight or noticeble fat loss. No energy, im yawning all day. No " amazing feel". Still hungry. I weightlif every weekday, no difference during my workout s. Jus eating less calories and walking without taking norcodrene does way more in my case.

Something doesn't sound right. Even if there were no ingredients but caffeine in the capsules you should at least notice energy.

What was your dosing scheme? What times of the day did you take Norcodrene? How long after eating?

As directed 2 in morning 7am and another 5 hours later . I eat breakfast half hour after 1st dose and continue to be hungry. Protein, no booster and preworkout is other things I'm currently taking.

Nice to see more updates. If you are too lazy to make a log maybe I'll have to compile your posts into a review thread for you in the future. :p

Yes, I am too lazy to log this, but I am impressed myself - I have lost about 6 pounds in 2 weeks and over the past 3 days or so it seems like I've become stagnant at 242, but my waist has become smaller by about 1/4" without losing weight...

Also, the Yohimbine, as I've said ad nauseum, messed with me for about 1 week and then not so bad the second week, and as of yesterday it started kicking in and I am just noticing I am happier. I have some conflict that I has been going on for a while and I normally cannot let go of it, and yesterday some bad things happened and I still found myself to be incredibly happy and able to move on. It was weird because I was just happy. I think the "good feelings" of the Norco have kicked in...I can't explain it.

For whoever is using norco with ephedrine, how's it going?
That would be me, it's doing phenomenally well ;) Better than when I did a EC stack before in the past. The ephedrine gives the Norcodrene a little boost for me, especially on the appetite suppression department because Norcodrene on it's own didn't do much to suppress my appetite. I don't blame this on Norcodrene though, not many things suppresses my appetite that I've tried apart from Level II and Ripped Freak. Ripped Freak however, I build up tolerance to very quickly so after a little while, I have to take a few days off of it to get some of the tapered off effects back.

You guys are logging this though. All you would have to do is copy and paste all your posts here and put them in a thread of you own.

How ironic. A board where guys talk about working out and being healthy and getting exercise and working hard. Yet, I am too lazy to copy and paste into a new thread. It just seems soooo hard! :)

I just don't consider what I've been posting to be a log. I've done several logs, pretty meticulously detailed and it's updated daily. Lulz.

You guys are welcome to continue to update here. I enjoy hearing the feedback and progress. :)

Still haven't cracked open my first bottle. Impressing myself with willpower.
Very soon when my ABE bottle empties
