i did legs again today I'm hoping the calorie burning goes into thanksgiving.....also had sweet potato at 6am before 8 am gym workout lol .....high reps
 
If you train hard all year, you can feast all you want today without having to feel guilty.

I did legs last night, squated 425x3. New PR. Supposed to do back today, but screw it, I'm eating instead.

I was thinking the same thing. :)
Haven't had many energy drinks since we released alphamine. Just doesn't make any sense.

There's a full dose of amentoflavone in 2 scoops of High Volume. You could try adding a cap of Amentomax, but it isn't necessary.
 
Like Breezy said, if using 2 scoops of High Volume, no need to use more Amentoflavone. Even at 1 scoop more may not be needed.
 
Just got my HV from TGB. Will try it tonight while doing chest/tris/traps. Gonna start off with 1 scoop to see how that works out.

Do you know when NOT to get your flu shot?

After two scoops of HV and a badass shoulder and bicep workout.

Nurse- "Relax your muscles"
Me- "I am"

Then silent curse words in my head.
 
That feel after only 1 scoop High Volume and leg day, and then you have to walk home which usually takes maybe 5 minutes but ends up taking 10.

2 scoops tonight and it felt like my biceps might explode while supersetting ez-bar curls with db hammer partials. Painful, but awesome.

I will never forget this
i was 2 weeks out from my last show
You would have to be blind to not see the veins all over my forearms as my arms are one of my leaner bodyparts.
The person even without tying anything around my elbow could visibily see all the veins in my forearm and around my elbow where they usually draw blood or take blood and missed my vein 3 seperate times.

Ugh...
almost passed out and had to be rushed to the emergency room
hope you did not have to deal with these people or a bad nurse haha.

/ rant.

I am not sure. Florida to England is consistently about 11 days. No idea about NP to Italy though.

I can't think of any Italians on here. Is Touey Italian?

I'll be honest guys, HV did next to nothing for me except make me light-headed. Saw a bit of increased vascularity as well, but that's it.

To be fair though, I have never responded to pump products/ingredients, could be bc I rarely eat carbs or high BF. Only product that's given me a bit of pump is C4 for some reason. I'm def going to save the rest of the tub to experiment when I get down in BF.

Did you go with 2 scoops?
 
I've tried both 1 and 2. I'm sure it's not the product, it's me bc I've never responded to L-Citrulline, Citrulline Malate, Agamatine, Glycerol, anything. The closest I've had to results with HV were on a day I had plenty carbs so that may be the key.

Like I said though I'm going to save the tub, and in a few months when I drop some BF I am going to try again. I know nothing on the market comes close so if HV isn't working for me I'm sure nothing will.

I took 2 scoops of HV on chest and Tris day. Really good pump going, but my strength went down for some reason. Then I went home and noticed I was feeling sick. Got sick that night and still sick 2 days later. That would explain the loss of strength. But at least the pump was there.

High Volume has an equivalent arginine nitrate to creatine nitrate content as C4 (therefore a near identical nitrate content) on a scoop for scoop basis with additional ingredients so a good pump from C4 can only be improved by High Volume. :)

NO3 our volumizer has the same nitrate as High Volume (Arginine)
hence why we tell people to stack both products.
