PES customer service??

I recently made a purchase on the PES website. Made a mistake on the shipping address. I tried to call the customer service number listed on the website but no one answered. I emailed them but never got a respond back. Do they have another number I can call?

There are several active reps on this forum. They'll see this and I'm sure they'll respond faster than PES customer service. However, I've had great response time with the team at PES when it comes to customer service. Be patient, they'll resolve it

They have great customer service to the retailers i can only assume that would carry over to customer direct where the highest of margin is made.

If you don't get an answer from customer service let me know and i'll get you a direct contact.

Their customer service is superb, back during their cyber Monday sale they shorted me one unit of forskolin. I emailed them and within an hr I had a response and shipping confirmation for the shorted forskolin. Top Notch

Which email address did you send it to and when did you send it? I can call them to make sure they look at it straight away.
