Since my new diet experiment I have slightly rounded out a little and pics arent going to do justice for this log. I have some things I need to tweak with my diet, especially during the carb load phase I need to adjust to better quality carbs. I may be just retaining water, dunno but Im sticking with CKD diet and hope to have success with it soon. To tell you the truth although I said I was going to avoid weighing myself I did sneak on the scale the day before I started the diet and I weighed 170.5, and today I weighed 170.5. Considering I pigged out during carb loading (probably over pigged) Im very comfortable going forward.
Anyways, AnaBeta was a bulking compound that I wanted to experiment for cutting. Initially I leaned out a little, and visually made a difference while retaining all power. I should have taken pics right before I started the new diet, I deeply regret not doing so.
Workouts have been intense on AnaBeta, and on more than several occasions I would do a chest workout, and I would get a full bicep pump which normally I do not get. I have to attribute to these effects to Pump-bol as well, but the addition of AnaBeta bought this to another level. Some of my doms carried for several days which was a very satisfying feel.
My optimal dosing protocol is 1, 3 pre-workout, 2 evening 6 caps total is fine.
Long term Keto dieters, beware, you may feel like your dying if training above 45 minutes. CKD eliminated that.
Would I buy AnaBeta again? Id consider it for a bulk before I run it on a cut again. I wont promise, but its certainly possible. I promise Id buy another PES supplement thats for sure.
Anyways PES has never disappointed me, Ive run Erase, AlphaT2 (old version), and AnaBeta. Id always consider them when shopping for supplements.
