PES AnaBeta goes wild in North Korea w/ KimJong-il - Nukes ready to launch!

Can you expand at all on the preworkout feeling (if any). 3 caps is the most I've heard of anyone taking pre-workout. So if I'm reading right are you saying you might experience a slight decrease in performance with something like the 90 minute workouts? Any idea on why this might be?

Taking 3 caps is giving me a nice full pumped effect over 2 caps, so I believe. Also, I use psychological advantages when training, anything at my disposal. Placebo can work even if your aware of it. At minimum I strive for a maximum training session and 3 caps just makes me feel comfortable, but I do believe Im getting a fuller more potent pump in my muscles when training using 3 caps.

In regards to energy depletion, this was when I was ultra strict with carbs. I do re-call nattydisaster stating a comment about taking carbs with AnaBeta, but I do not recall when I saw that or what he was saying exactly.

Natty, if you see this may you please comment on the issue with AnaBeta and carbs?

I still think what natty referred was general comment (please correct me if i'm wrong).

As any anabolic compound, it will increase the ability to storage glycogen. This will help handling more carbs without becoming fat, and bigger glycogen storage will help during weightlifting.

This is a very simple explanation, btu i think adapts easily on the explanation why Anabeta should have some carbs present.
 
Im going to round this log up, I only have a few days left.

Since my new diet experiment I have slightly rounded out a little and pics arent going to do justice for this log. I have some things I need to tweak with my diet, especially during the carb load phase I need to adjust to better quality carbs. I may be just retaining water, dunno but Im sticking with CKD diet and hope to have success with it soon. To tell you the truth although I said I was going to avoid weighing myself I did sneak on the scale the day before I started the diet and I weighed 170.5, and today I weighed 170.5. Considering I pigged out during carb loading (probably over pigged) Im very comfortable going forward.

Anyways, AnaBeta was a bulking compound that I wanted to experiment for cutting. Initially I leaned out a little, and visually made a difference while retaining all power. I should have taken pics right before I started the new diet, I deeply regret not doing so.

Workouts have been intense on AnaBeta, and on more than several occasions I would do a chest workout, and I would get a full bicep pump which normally I do not get. I have to attribute to these effects to Pump-bol as well, but the addition of AnaBeta bought this to another level. Some of my doms carried for several days which was a very satisfying feel.

My optimal dosing protocol is 1, 3 pre-workout, 2 evening 6 caps total is fine.

Long term Keto dieters, beware, you may feel like your dying if training above 45 minutes. CKD eliminated that.

Would I buy AnaBeta again? Id consider it for a bulk before I run it on a cut again. I wont promise, but its certainly possible. I promise Id buy another PES supplement thats for sure.

Anyways PES has never disappointed me, Ive run Erase, AlphaT2 (old version), and AnaBeta. Id always consider them when shopping for supplements.

If anyone is looking for a prohormone experience look the other way. Only prohormones will give you that. Anyone looking for a natty boost to add to a solid diet and training foundation AnaBeta certainly delivers.
