log summary
*at home gym works great and learned to leave any ego and really work on form and mind muscle connection with the limited equipment/ weight.
*made strength gains on benching and squats. I measure this with my form and the weight lifting compared to around the same weight before but sloppy form
*minimal supplements.
*no stim pre-workouts = better workout sessions for me.
*weight went up from around summer 177 -> 181 now. this was with added calories floating around 2200 - 2300 right now and still adding.
