What`s the best time to take caps?
Or does it even matter?
I´ve been taking them first in the morning before breakfast.

It doesn't make the biggest difference, but before bed is a great time to take Perfect Cycle.

Not a bad idea actually. Perhaps when you go to the grocery store.

Am I the only person who HATES the people who block up the aisleways?

Maybe the terrible smell would get them outta my way.

I don't often have that problem. Unless people are blind, extremely daft, or have a deathwish, they usually move out of my way. :lol:
