I am a peanutbutter junkie, so here is what I have been doing as a snack...very similar to the above:
~8oz skim milk
2 tbsp of natty peanutbutter
1 serving of AI Cycle Support
.3 - 1 scoop of AI Whey (depending on how much protein I feel like taking)
2 - 4 egg whites or 1/4 - 1/2 cup egg beaters (again, depending on how much protein I feel like taking)
optional - 1 - 2 tbsp of milled flax seed
Splenda to taste (will soon replace with pure sucralose Invalid Link Removed)
I mix all of this with a hand held milk shake blender. It tastes amazing and is nothing but wholesome goodness :food:
