Chocamine is great for mood, use about a quarter teaspoon of the bulk powder and you'll notice pretty good mood enhancement. As far as PEA, its mood enhancement is good but dont last very long.
Start at about 200mg and work your way up. You also build up a tolerance pretty quickly to PEA in my experience.
In my experience chocamine curbs appetite pretty well for me. I have not used PEA enough to distinguish how well it curbs appetite.
I plan on trying PEA at higher doses, I have heard some pretty good reviews for doses at 7-800mg. I'm just the type of person that slowly works my way up in doses.
