I was taking MSten prohormones and have decided to stop for personal reasons, I was 3 weeks in. Should I still take PCT?

You should for sure run a PCT.
Methylsten is highly suppressive.

Run Formeron at 2 pumps per day for 4 weeks. You can run it longer if you like as it will only benefit you.
With Viron at 1 cap per day.
