how do they work and am i going to need 1 i started at 250lbs and am up to 261 lbs and taking m14-e with organ sheild i have been taking for 1and hlf weeks and gna do a 5 week cycle need help thank you dont now what to take for pct or whats safe

you SHOULD have all your stuff together before you begin a cycle. Get some nolva or clomid or both. then add a natty test booster in the second or third week of your PCT.

if you cant find nolva, take diesel test pro cycle with reversitol or 2nd gear or something of that nature.

Do not use a OTC pct alone a SERM is needed with a natty test booster.

A serm is so easy to get and usually cheaper. You might recover fine with some strategically placed OTC items but i wouldnt risk it. I used reversitol for an 11 oxo cycle i did a while ago and i was not pleased with it. Learn from my mistake.
