PCT with clomid and nolva

First, I would like to apologize if I posted in the wrong section, I'm a caveman with these forums.

So, I ran deca durabolin (1000 mg per week) and danabol ds (10,20,30,30,20,10,10,10 in mg per week) for 8 weeks. I took nolva during the cycle to prevent gyno, just in case.

I got clomid citrate and nolvadex, what dosage should I take and for how long?

Reduce XT (cortisol control)
