I cant fig out a good pct to read up on to get a idea on whats best for the two stacks.

?NolVa ? as in a doctor pres.... and i def get confused on the 20/20/10/10 ,6/6/6/6 , 0/0/x/x/x/x = ? help break it down....

Ok this is how the scheduling works. For instance: 40/40/30/20

Thats means for weak one, you would do 40 mg. Then when you see the "/", that means a new week, the number in between the two /'s would be your milligram amount. So for that example, week 1=40mg, week 2=40mg, week 3=30mg, week 4=20mg
