PCT sup3r question

So I'm getting off a test E cycle and Proviron and I want to incorporate sup3r in my PCT.
Should I use two weeks after my last injection at 10 pills a day?
I used the older one back a year ago and it wasn't that many pills a day.

I don't know the specifics for the length of time you should wait for Test E to leave your system, but 10 caps a day of Sup3r PCT split 5 caps in the AM and 5 caps in the PM is how the product is to be taken. Of course, I highly recommend that you don't rely on Sup3r PCT alone to maintain your gains and fully recover after a full blown inject-able cycle. Hopefully you have your SERM of choice on hand and ready to go.
 
I would start it half way through your pct so you can use the AI to prevent rebound.
