PCT of the DemiGods!!!

Oh diet is changing to more of a recomp diet:

Today:

16oz chicken tenderloin
2 greek chobani greek yogurts
2/3 cup oat bran
1 quest bar
1 apple
Salad with dressing each meal (dressing was my fat source)
1 scoop isolate with 8 oz milk
1 scoop OxyElite Protein with 8oz of milk


I have on more meal which will probably be 8-12oz tilapia and some more veggies.

Though this looks like a cut its more of a recomp due to the number of higher carb days I will allow. Cuts are strict and meticulous...this is a bit more loosy goosy.

Supplementation:
Strength 4 caps
Epic 2 caps --> Im thinking on running this for 3+ months. I love this stuff.
Tudca 1cap --> will slowly phase this out

Cycle Assist 1 scoop -->running this till the tub runs out
Bulbine 2 caps
T-force 3 caps
Daa 6g


Reduce Xt 3 caps
Growth factor 3-5 caps


I will cut out DAA for 1-2 weeks starting wednesday then I will reintroduce it. I will also hit up aromasin EOD at 12.5mg.

Still stoked about my lipid profile.
 
Those deadlifts though!!!

I am not proud of those pulls. Im considering this my "building up" phase. Adjusting to a new form and slowly letting the proper muscular and CNS development to really excell in sumo. My best conventional pull is 545...the goal with sumo is 600 and beyond. So I still have a long way to go.
 
Update:

So after the pulls Ive been able to go to the gym one more time. I did a upper back and shoulders routine. Nothing to write home about but worth mentioning.

Its been a crazy week and weekend. Been barely able to do much but here was the leg workout:

Basically I went down, sat on the box, held that position till my head was about to explode. And came up.

Leg Curls 10sets of 10 reps w/ 30seconds rest intervals
Leg Extensions 10 set of 10 reps w/30 second rest intervals

Weight was VERY light. I made sure to get all 10 reps every set and just let them pump the fudge up. Great workout.
 
Well 4 years ago 365 was my absolute max with knee wraps. So little by little build up the muscles as well as the ligaments, joints, and bones. Baby steps.

Last set I once I hit 10 reps I went to failure....turns out that was around 12-13 lol.
 
Last night was an awesome lift. Hit huge PR for pin pulls. Very happy. Looks like this PCT has been a success. Ive lost nothing, and added a bit. Think its time for some bloodwork!

Did a quick arm routine

13 sets of 10 reps cable tricep pull down with ropes

10 sets of 10 hammer curls with 25lb dumbbell

took my dog for an hour walk

This time I made sure to count at least 3 mississippi's on the bottom. The first set was 4...second was 5, last was 6.

Reverse band Squat: --> just to get use to heavy weight when IM tired

So this workout instead of going back to 375 and hitting it for 3 sets...or even going to 380 I did a 10lb jump and increased the number of reps. Very happy with the outcome. Next week going to 390.

I was feeling really strong last night. Look like after 2 lack luster workouts I had a solid one.

I finished the real heavy hitters awhile ago and my gains have gone no where. Its just depressing to be gaining at a natural rate again haha.

Once im done with this log Im gonna start designing my recomp/cut stack. Looking something like:

Ep1c....i dont think I ever want to get off Epic haha

And there will be more stimulants on top of that...but that has more to do with studying and school then fat loss.

SO this log is gonna come to a close pretty soon.

As far as maintaining my strength, I havent lost anything since I started. I havent maxed out on purpose due to the heavy CNS strain and my need to be constantly studying. But the weights Ive been working out with have stayed the same with normal fluctations in rep ranges between 1-2 reps. But even on my worse days I walk in and hit my weight.

Im probably going to get some bloodwork within the next 1-2 weeks depending on my schedule. I can post the results if anyone is curious.

New goal is a slow recomp with the emphasis being strength gain and fat loss. The stack Im thinking about is the following:

Ostarine 8-12 weeks
Ep1c
Conqu3r (Demi God Edition)pre-workout + Vitality daily
AmentoMax
Arachidonic Acid (1.5-1.75g on workout days)

I have on Hand to add in:
TTA
Forskolin-95
Target-A2

Overall I rate this PCT a 10/10....it was in my opinion the definition of a perfect PCT(bloodwork pending). All may gains remained meaning I can now build on the results of my cycle.

Ostarine is a repeat
Epic Is a repeat
STrength is something i recommend at 100-125mg a day and should be run at least 8 weeks. I started definitly noticing some days at the 6-7 week mark that I wasnt on Ostarine and I felt strong like bull.
 
Would definitely be interested to see bloodwork results. As well as follow along for that future run if you decide to log it. Osta and Ep1c was great for me and am looking to run ArA in the future as well.

Dma Your log is the reason Im itching to hit up that stack!!!

Even though I do have 4 weeks worth of DMZ lying around....ive been toying with the idea of running another cycle...you know so it doesnt go to waist lol
