pct nolva help

I have my hdrol/bold cylce all planned out that i will be running in December.

I am now trying to put together a good PCT to ensure my safety while making the best gains possible.

I was suggested to run a serm like nolva for my PCT along with a natty test booster. I have been trying to do research on nolva but am very confused. I found both a liquid product as well as a tablet product. I am unsure which i should take? And also, how do i know where to buy a legit nolva product from ? All the websites i found the product on seem really bootleg..

If someone could please direct me to a legit place to order nolva from then that would be great..and as well as how i should dose nolva throughout my PCT . Thanks
