I know that Erase/Erase Pro is an AI.
I've read that it can also be effective for cortisol control. So is Reduct XT (its primary function is to reduce cortisol).
However, ppl often say to use BOTH during PCT.

What to do, what to do?
I am trying to buy the supps now that I'll need in a couple weeks for PCT, but Im getting f**king jaded on hearing a million different opinions (not like whatever ppl are going to post here is based on opinion as well).
O well, i figure I should still see what you guys say.
I already have CEM tamox.
I plan to buy NMDAA instead of DAA, just based on ppl thinking it might be a bit better.
Going to buy PCT Assist by CEL.
But this whole AI business is f**king confusing.
Do I get erase or erase pro and call it good? Do i get erase/EP and reduce xt? Neither of these and something completely diff (not using formestane because I have a 9 month old baby girl)? What about throwing Anabeta elite in there as a natural anabolic? What about glucose disposal agents (such as need2slin)?

Oh, and my cycle is/was epi 30/45/45/45/60/60. First cycle ever. Also, I hear esp if its your first cycle, and you take the right PCT supps, you can still make decent gain in PCT (yes, I understand that diet and training are still super important, more so than any supp). What can I do (supp wise) to make this happen?

I've searched and searched and searched, and still have not found adequate answers to my questions... So don't assume that I haven't spent time doing all that sh*t.

Help is appreciated.

The reason people say to use both is becuase Erase doens't reduce cortisol. Pretty sure Erase Pro does though.

I never use AIs, but some people do. Personal decision. I don't really see the point of an AI in PCT unless your estro is out of control.

I would use X gels over anabeta elite personally.

Anyone else? Does EP suppress cortisol like reduce xt would? Or at least enough that it's effective? If this is the case, then I would figure buying erase pro would be killing 2 birds with one stone (AI + cort control)

Warbird is fairly spot on I do however like an AI after a 4 week SERM pct.

The website says it controls cortisol so you would be killing two birds with one stone. But buying erase and reduce xt is still cheaper than erase pro:Invalid Link Removed Invalid Link Removed AM8 to get 8% off too.

I quickly realized this fact yesterday. Ended up buying all my **** at once on Amazon. So, just so I have my dosing right....
PCT Assist: 8/8/8/8
Nolva: 20/20/10/10
Erase (OG): 0/0/3/2/1? Wouldn't mind taking this longer if I could....
Reduce xt: 0/0/3/3/3?
Daa: 3g ED

Also, I couldn't find anywhere WHY you wait for week 3 to start reduce xt and erase. Just wondering why it is...

Cortisol usually starts rising around the 3 week mark

Seems like a solid PCT. Only thing I would change is the DAA for NMDAA like your original plan using Intimidate SRT.
