PCT - How thorough do you need to be?

Hi Guys

I am in Europe and was reffered the article below for PCT advice after finishing up a cycle of RPN Havoc:

............

Reading there it is recommending a LOT of products for use during post cycle. I was gonna just get some inhibit-e but after reading this I am unsure. I never thought about the things in this article before. Is it gonna make a difference doing it the way it is recommended in that article vs just taking a supplement like reversitol?

Well, its a case of what risk level you are comfortable with. Over time generally in most people doing a reasonably dosed + length prohormone cycle will come back fine with relatively modest PCT. There are medical studies showing people who used I think it was dbol long term for medical reasons and over 75% of the people had their testosterone levels came back to normal within 6 months with no PCT. Problem is 3-4 months with low T is enough to loose any gains you made on the cycle. So some people like to go way overboard, some people do modest PCTs.

What exactly you are taking, and for how long is critical though. Theres a big difference between shutdown on a 3 week cycle of superdrol dosed at 10/20/20 and a 150mg/day 6 week cycle of any of the OTC "tren" prodienelone products.

Always always always always get a full hormone panel run before you run your first prohormone so you have a real baseline to compare with later.

Thanks for your answer

I finished up a 6 week havoc cycle yesterday and had just inhibit-e for PCT. Yet this article is talking about cortisol control, liver health, creatine, using stims post cycle, test boosters like activate xtreme etc etc. What do you think to the article's points?
