PCT help

I ran epistane at 20/30/30/40/40 and about to start PCT. Here's what it consists of: Nolva 20/20/10/10, DAA, and Post Cycle 3x from Vital Labs. How/When should I dose the DAA and Post Cycle 3x? Thanks!
 
Being that PCTX3 has a small amount caffene in it I would take the DAA and PC X3 in the AM and the Nolva in the PM.
 
3 grams of DAA per day. Many guys prefer to take it before bed.

If that PCT product from Vital Labs has some kind of AI in it, taper it down in order to avoid possible estrogen rebound.
